Super comfortable spacious apartment in a really good location 15 minutes walk from the train station.

Wouldve been a great stay if ACs actually worked as advertised

The property is in good condition, looks newly renovated.

The ACs do not work properly, that is a dealbreaker in this heat. One of the rooms was unusable due to AC blowing warm air. The other ACs cool very lightly. The toaster did not work and the bathroom toilet jet spray did not work either. For a large gathering, highly uncomfortable due to climate.

Comfortable, newly renovated, walkable from the train station.

We loved the newly renovated apartment. We had a party of 8 and we all fit comfortably in the space. There were numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias nearby.

The property was slow to respond before our arrival; however, they were very responsive once we were within 24-48 hours of arriving. Theo met us promptly at the door to transfer the keys. There is no Wi-Fi, but we had to pay through a web app upon arrival. It felt like it took forever. The street right outside the apartment stinks and the rest of the building is old and hot in the summer. Only three air conditioners can run at a time without needing to flip the breaker.

Great location and beautiful apartment, but inconsistent hot water and air conditioning.

We loved the location and thought the apartment had plenty of very good places for our group of 10 to sleep.

We wished that there was WiFi, but more importantly, the hot water and the air conditioning both stopped working on our second day. This left us without freezing cold showers and a hot night of sleep!

Idéalement situé l'appartement nous a surpris par la qualité de son aménagement intérieur et le luxe des salles de bain. La proximité des commerces est aussi un atout majeur.

Świetny dla dużej grupy!

świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum, portu, dworca. przestronny i ładnie urządzony apartament, super komfortowe łazienki. super ze jest możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania o każdej porze dnia (płatność podatku miejskiego linkiem online). Teo był super opiekunem apartamentu. Plus za aż 2 suszarki do włosów.

słabe wi-fi przy 15 osobach ;) jest zmywarka ale brak do niej tabletek, ekspres do kawy wyłącznie na kapsułki, których też brak - fajnie gdyby było choc kilka zanim dotrze się do sklepu. Szkoda że nie ma.możliwości przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Si vienes en grupo mejor opción no hay

La ubicación es muy buena cerca de muchos restaurantes y a 15 minutos de la estación del tren caminando, si tomas un taxi desde la estación del tren en menos de 6 minutos estas en el domicilio y el costo no es muy alto son 8 euros.

El elevador es muy pequeño y el ruido de madrugada en fin de semana puede llegar a ser bastante alto, pero se compensa bastante bien con el precio y las amenidades del departamento, es realmente bello y la vista desde el balcon tambien lo es.
