The apartment is very nice. We were warmly welcomed by Andrew and some drinks were available. The location is perfect. The view is great. Everything went very well for our stay in La Spezia. Very practical to visit the Cinque Terre from there. Thank you very much !

Great stay, great location.

The apartment was recently remodelated, and evrything is perfect. The view is spectacular and you are very close to the train station to get to Cinque Terre. You also found a lot of good places to eat close to the apartment. Giovanni was the perfect host, took us to the parking space and was extreamly responsive. We had a great time and will come back for sure. I do a lot of apt staying on my vacations and this one has been one of the best!!!! Thanks Giovanni for all of your attentions!!!!!

Excellent place, comfortable and in a great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk to the Cinque Terre train station, plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The apartment is on the top floor of a secure building with an elevator and has a great view from a wraparound balcony. Clean and nicely decorated; with A/C and very comfortable mattresses.

No washer - would love to be able to wash clothes after a long hike.

Best location during our stay in Italy

Giovanni greeted us with a smile for an early check-in. The penthouse was beautiful, clean and wonderfully decorated. The views are outstanding. We were even treated to a bottle of wine, waters, juice, and other treats.

La Spezia

We loved the clean apartment with the very helpful host. The location was amazing and walkable to train, ferry, and all shops and restaurants.

While parking can be free around the apartment, most is paid street parking and finding a spot is difficult. We were here in April but I can't imagine what it would be like in the busy summer season. While our host was very accommodating, the local restaurants (we visited 3 to try to eat dinner) were not accommodating, nor even friendly to us, as tourists. .

Wonderful apartment close in the city and perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre

The property is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre. It is recently refurbished so in fantastic condition. The hosts are great and very helpful.It has lovely balcony that looks out over the city. We couldn’t fault our stay.

La dolce vita - with a scenic view

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, allg. Lebensmittel, Bäckereien, Delikatessen, Souvenirs und gute Restaurants. Ausserdem ist das Appartement nahe am Bahnhof gelegen, was sehr praktisch ist. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Cinque Terre.

Schönes Apartment mit super Lage zu Erkundung der Cinque Terre/La Spezia

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während des Aufenthalts. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben . Lademöglichkeiten für Elektrofahrzeuge sind in La Spezia vorhanden und auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (Coop-Supermarkt). Wir haben unser Auto an der neuen Parkgarage Darmi Park abgestellt. Das Apartment ist mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar und hat eine super Aussicht auf den Hafen und die umliegenden Hügel. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Hafen, Restaurants, Bars, Markthalle und der Bahnhof/Bushaltestellen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Ausgangslage zur Erkundung der Cinque Terre und Porto Venere. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Ottima posizione con fermata dell’autobus per Portovenere sotto casa e a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria.
