Sehr gute Lage, ruhiges Gebäude mit Aufzug, sehr sauber & sehr gute Ausstattung, gute Matratzen. Selbst Duschgel, Handseife, Küchentücher/Spülschwamm und Spülmittel waren vorhanden. Zu Fuss gut 10 Min zum Bahnhof und ca 25-30 Min zum Hafen. Netter & unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Catherine, ebenso Check-In & Check-out. Jederzeit wieder!
Keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das Personal des "Frühstückscafés" hätte freundlicher sein können und der Service besser - aber darauf hat die Vermieterin keinerlei Einfluss

Our stay in La Spezia was amazing... CTMA was in an excellent spot close to restaurants, bars and the train station and only a 15 minute walk to the harbour. Catherine was very easy to deal with and was very helpful with instructions on the unit and where to go, what to see etc. We loved having an evening drink out on the balcony after a long day out watching the stars and the world go by! I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the Cinque Terre region 🤗
