Perfect stay to visit Cinque Terre by train

The Apartament was clean

Check out to early. The owner effectively was at the door, waiting for us to get out from the apartment It’s not ok 👎🏻👎🏻

Relatively good, but very noisy. Weird feeling due it being former shop.

Well equipped, relatively clean, coop very well stocked and very near accomodation.

The owner didn't speak english - very hard to communicate. It is a former shop rebuilt into a room, on the corner of two busy streets, on the ground floor. Very noisy in the night. We were not able to sleep.

Very close to La Spezia Centrale and 10-15 min. walk to the pedestrian area where you can find pizzerias, restaurants and bars. If you need supermarket it is right next door.

Superb

Nice and spacious apartment near the station and not far from the center. A perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking cinqueterre. The owners were super nice taking care of our luggage during early checkin and late checkout.

Couldnt find the wifi, but thats a good way to disconnect.

La Spezia muy cómoda en el apartamento La Via Lattea

Ubicación muy buena para coger el ferrocarril a Cinque Terre y para llegar paseando al centro y al puerto. Apartamento muy grande y cómodo. El equipamiento del cuarto de baño muy completo y la ducha facilmente accesible. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor. Cocina muy equipada y completa. Amplísimo comedor con mesa grande. Michele muy amable, nos facilitó gratis una tarjeta de aparcamiento en la calle durante los días que estuvimos alojados. Muchas gracias Michele!!!

Abbiamo fatto un week end , punto strategico per poter fare una bella camminata in centro e poter visitare le 5 terre .

Séjour très agréable!

L’appartement, qui était très propre, spacieux et très bien éqyipé, est très bien situé, tout près de la gare ferroviaire! Il était relativement facile de se rendre au centre-ville sur la rue piétonne où l’on y retrouvait une multitude de restaurants! Il y avait aussi un important marché d’alimentation à 5 minutes de marche de l’appartement! De plus, l’hôte était très gentil!

Nous aurions apprécié avoir un grille-pain! Il ne manquait que ça!

Struttura pulita e in posizione strategica per raggiungere la stazione. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un comodo soggiorno Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato un tagliandino per usufruire dei parcheggi a pagamento proprio lì davanti. Consigliato!

Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento via Lattea per una famiglia !

CI siamo trovati molto molto bene presso l'appartamento via Lattea. Appartamento vicino alla stazione dei treni, posizione strategica per visitare le cinque terre. Tutto era funzionante, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di una lavatrice visto che in estate ed in famiglia, è necessario cambiarsi spesso. Non abbiamo sentito la mancanza della lavastoviglie. Abbiamo anche molto apprezzato la presenza di ben due condizionatori, utilissimi nel mese di agosto. Poi proprio a due passi c'è un supermercato della Coop fornitissimo di tutto, veramente comodo. Il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibilissimo a fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Il biglietto del parcheggio è stato gentilmente fornito dal proprietario fino al mattino del check-out, quindi se si vuole restare più tempo bisogna prevedere il pagamento del parcheggio. Un consiglio per chi vuole fare visita à porto Venere, invece di andare a piedi al porto, cosa che che ci è sembrato molto lunga, io consiglio l'auto, al porto c'è un ampio parcheggio per le vetture, non lontano dagli imbarchi ed ad un prezzo ragionevole, vi risparmierà una lunga camminata a piedi sotto il sole !

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina abbastanza attrezzata. Molto spazioso per essere un monolocale. Bagno enorme. Molto vicino alla stazione quindi comodissimo per girare le 5 terre senza spostare la macchina da La Spezia. Parcheggio compreso.

Belle appartement lumineux et bon rapport qualité prix

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Très bon accueil de l'hôtel avec de bons conseils Très bon restaurant pizzeria a proximité Rue Très trop passante de nuit nous avons été réveillés par des gens qui crient, bruit de scooters voitures.... Le parking est dans la rue et l'hôtel nous donne un ticket de gratuité. Comptez 20 a 30 min de marche pour vous rendre sur le port et accéder aux bateaux pour les 5 terres qui sont belles aussi a voir en bateaux privés (env 60€ / pers) cela vaut le coup pour une durée de 8 hrs avec guide en français.

Passages bruyants dans la rue la nuit. L'hôtel nous assure que cela n'arrive pas d'habitude et il n'y est pour rien nous l'avons rassuré sur ce point.

Appartement spacieux et moderne. Bien équipé et de bon goût. Emplacement excellent proche de la gare qui donne accès aux cinq terres. Proche d'un centre commercial de centre ville. Litterie excellente.

Séjour idéalement passé, rien à redire.

Logement parfaitement adapté à notre famille de 5, propre, lumineux et spacieux, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Idéalement situé, proche de toutes commodités, à 5 minute de la gare à pied. Notre Hôte nous a accueilli pour nous remettre les clés et un ticket pour le parking, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. Nous avons également apprécié les conseils de celui-ci. Je recommande fortement.

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien placé

Appartement très grand et lumineux. Très bien équipé. Bien placé: 5min à pied de la gare, 5min du centre de la Spezia, 10min du port. L'hôte fournit un ticket pour la voiture tout le long du séjour. Sinon en mai, au niveau de l'appartement le parcmètre est 0.75€ de l'heure. L'hôte est disponible et nous a très bien conseillé (merci).

Appartement mal isolé phoniquement donc on entend les bruits de la rue.
