A nice stay after unwelcoming entrance.

It was a fairly modern apartment in a rather old building. The rooms were nice and spacious. We could park for free at a nearby street which saved us a bit of money. About 10 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute to the city centre.

There was a scaffolding all around the building which made entering the building or going out on the terrace unwelcoming. I wish booking.com had informed us about this. It seems like the building works are coming to an end so I think the scaffolding will be down soon. Also I had to send pics of our ID cards/ passports to the host via WhatsApp which I believe is not very secure

They are not nice. We couldn't leave our luggage there because there is no possibility. That's why I give it a zeró rating. You can leave your luggage anywhere, but here It's just not possible at this host. Why not? Because they're not nice.

Close to Train Station and Very Comfortable

It was very close to the train station and downtown. The neighborhood was safe. we arrived after hours, and the check-in process was quite easy. we would definitely stay there again if we were going back. It's close to the train station for those that are looking to explore Cinque Terre. The apartment itself was very clean and modern. It was the most comfortable bed and pillows we had slept on in over a week in Italy. It was quite fantastic. There was a kitchen as well as a washer to do some laundry.

The hallways inside the palazzo were dark.

Conveniently located apartment to explore Cinque Terre

The apartment is well equipped and in walking distance to La Spezia train station. It is on the third floor but there is a lift. Street parking is available for a fee. The host was responsive and available for any questions we had throughout our stay.

The whole house is covered in scaffolding due to some renovation works. This wasn't mentioned when we booked and we were surprised to find the view from our apartment obscured by scaffolding.

Good place for stay in a group

All was fine. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

During our stay there was a renovation of the building facade therefore we could not use balcony.

Pretty apartment but best avoid if you have mould allergy

Beautiful appartment and very clean, convenient location. Great connection with the host, he responded quickly and was really helpful.

Unfortunately there were a few inconveniences. First of all, there is an indoor air quality issue. There is a faint smell of mould in the bathroom and the bedrooms. Being severely allergic to mould, I woke up with the symptoms (not able to breathe, itchy eyes and skin) in the middle of the night. It’s a shame since the apartment is great in so many ways. I hope this will be fixed soon. Also, the walls are very thin so it was as if we were at the neighbour’s party. Also the structural works and the scaffolding outside meant that we had to keep the windows and shutters closed making the apartment very dark.

Superb and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Trere were some watter in the fridge and coffee, tea and sugar for breakfast. Not too far from train station and some shops.

The location was perfect. The beds super comfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately we only used it for one night so we can really comment on the facilities.

Amazing,clean. Modern & well situated!!

Super clean & modern. Well situated. Only 5 minute walk to train station. Accommodated us on short notice was able to book, same day we were travelling as my other booking cancelled on us last minute. Would defiantly recommend & would stay again. 😘 🇨🇦

Lovely and clean property and check in was great.

It got warm and there were no AC controllers. Neighbours played very loud music for a few hours each night, but this was switched off at a reasonable hour. Although very clean, towels were quite rough like sandpaper and beds were hard.

Clean and big apartment, excellent matress. Good location near the railway station, Netflix. Free parking at 5 minutes walk. Nice balcony.

Good renovated apartment in a quiet part of La Spezia.

Big, luminous apartment with two good-sized bedrooms. Excellent communication with the host.

Despite the heating, it was a bit cold (especially at night as they turn off the heating for a few hours) and there weren’t winter duvets. Neighbours can be noisy.

Adelina's place

Adelina's place is amazingly modern, cold AC, best mattresses I have ever sleep on, super clean and very close to the train station so it was convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. Adelina greeted us and was very attentive to all our needs. I would say she is a super host

Appartamento luminoso, spazioso, pulito e accogliente. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione, ottima posizione per visitare le cinque terre e i bellissimi borghi della zona. Host disponibile, cordiale e gentile. Consigliatissimo!

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, bon emplacement pour les déplacements en train, logement très calme.

L’espace, l’aspect fonctionnel de l’ensemble de l’appartement, la propreté a notre arrivée. Lave linge et lave vaisselle à disposition. Véritable four et cuisine aménagée pour cuisiner. Lits très confortables

Rien de spécial. L’ascenseur que nous n’avons pas emprunté car il ne nous paraissait pas très fiable. Les 4 étages peuvent être une difficulté pour certains voyageurs. Ça ne nous a pas posé problème pour notre part.

Skaistas marmora grīdas, viss tīrs un svaigs. Pluss, ka trauku Mašīna , veļasmašīna un arī kondicionieris. Bija viss nepieciešamais virtuvē , lai pagatavotu vakariņas. Nebija jānes koferi augšā , jo ēkā ir lifts.

Ka bija tikai 2 trauku kapsulas, tāpēc trešā dienā neizdevās nomazgāt traukus.

Vorsicht! Haus ist aktuell Baustelle!

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Lage sehr gut. Die Zimmer an sich waren auch sauber.

Das ganze Haus ist aktuell eine Baustelle. Darauf wurde nicht hingewiesen. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man auf einer Baustelle sitzen muss. Es entsprechend stinkt, der Balkon immer mit Bauschutt voll liegt und vorm Schlafzimmer die Bauarbeiter vorbei laufen. Leider keine Einsicht vom Vermieter und auch Booking konnte nichts dagegen tun.

Ideal para una corta estancia

Fuimos un grupo de 6 y nos encantó, tanto las camas como el sofá cama eran cómodas, habían 3 aires acondicionados lo cual fue maravilloso. Tenia todo lo necesario.

Lo peor fue que la fachada estuviera entera en reformas y la ubicación, ya que por la noche no parece nada seguro.

Breve soggiorno, ottima base d’appoggio per visitare Portovenere e per una sosta prima dell’Elba

Appartamento ampio e accogliente. Due ampie camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata come pure il soggiorno con cucina. Bagno ampio con set di cortesia. Apprezzabile (non capita spesso…) aver trovato delle bottigliette d’acqua fresche, cialde per il caffè, bustine del the e biscottini per la prima colazione. Cucina con lavastoviglie. Location comoda per raggiungere il centro città con una breve passeggiata e posto auto gratuito nelle vicinanze
