TERRIBLE OWNER, TERRIBLE APARTMENT

The property FAKE !!! ANd demand to pay unverifying WEB, they are don't pickup the phone, we are waiting more than 2 hours in entrance, it was just 5 pm, no answer, no any action , its terrible things, How they can use Booking.com. They want just to take the money for nothing. BE CAREFUL with them

Worth it just for the location, but not for hospitality

The location, which is in the city center, close to everything

The staff demonstrated poor guest service skills, responding inappropriately to questions with remarks such as "you are wrong." Their approach was far from customer-centric. They enforced the 10 a.m. checkout time very strictly—ringing the bell at exactly 10 a.m. to prompt departure. In contrast, during check-in (done through whatsapp), they do not allow entry unless payment is made in advance (through a link they sent on whatsapp), leaving guests to commit to an apartment they have only seen on the booking platform. Fortunately, everything was like described on booking.

Perfect location for Cinque Terre access

We stayed in La Spezia to get easy access to Cinque Terre and it was perfect. A short walk to the train station. We also found a park for our car at less than 200m on the streets.

Dining benches were a bit wonky and uncomfortable - having dining chairs would have been better.

The rooms we stayed in were very old and not clean except for the bed.

my advice, they can choose their accommodation from another building and as a location, and you may have difficulty in finding a park.

It is a very nice place in terms of location, there is a market every day except Sundays and right next to the marina.

Good location is good but apartment need to be mop

The location is superb! It is in the middle of the shopping street. Cafes and restaurants are downstairs. 200m away is the market. The bedroom size is good. One of it has a balcony.

The apartment is smaller than we imagine but it is not the main problem. The shower room is leaking. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. The host said they are aware & it is only gonna fix a few days later. She said she will send some towels to be put on the bathroom floor but it did not happen. We roam around with a wet bathroom floor. We did put some of our bath towels to block the water from coming out to the hallway. The floor in the bedroom was dirty. It seems that they didn't sweep or mop the floor

its a comfort stay for youngster.

its clean and comfortable

we got the last minutes message telling us the rented unit is having problem and changed to the other unit which is quite far from the planned one…. we make the booking because of the location and ended up it is not what we wanted. Anyway, thanks goodness the host had arranged another unit which is approximately 30min walks from the planned one, considering we had a 77yrs old man in the trip.

the accommodation is in a perfect place, location in the heart of the city. the facility is very large, the only thing that would be great is if the door doesn't creak and if it doesn't have glass so that every room has privacy, this way everyone can hear and see everyone when they enter their room. the mattresses for such a wonderful accommodation could be more comfortable, especially if you book accommodation for long days. everything else is perfect. my recommendation to go here

Good

This is a really nice apartment at a fantastic location right in the middle of the historic center. Check in was a breeze (key lock box). House was clean, AC worked, beds were comfy. In short: wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

As others mentioned, the leaky shower (door?) is an issue. Not a deal breaker, but a hassle. You end up using too many towels for the wet bathroom floor. If they fixed this, this would easily be a 9/10 or 10/10 place in my book (plus I imagine they’d save tons of money preventing long term damage). Hosts were friendly, but neither our main contact nor the number listed in the documentation responded when we had trouble figuring out the laundry machine.

the location is at the heart of the city center, near the church and the market, i love the place. the kitchen is clean and i love to use them while cooking

Solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado deberían de especificarlo en la descripción, si llegas más tarde de las 21 pagas suplemento de dinero y si llegas a las 00 también, pero hay que salir a las 10am.

Podría dejar algún jabón y shampoo en el baño, lo mismo que una botella de agua en la heladera. El aire acondicionado era solo uno ubicado en el living, por lo cuál se requiere tener ventiladores en los dormitorios para mitigar el calor.

Séjour loupé point à la ligne

petit déjeuner, nous l'avons pris à coté du logement dans une patisserie

Point de vue logement, rien à redire,par contre nous étions venu à La Spézia pour visiter les Cinque Terre...... En nous rendant au port pour réserver nos places sur le bateau nous nous sommes aperçu que la saison des visites en bateaux ne débute que le 1er avril..... De ce fait il ne restait que la visite en train... malchance le 8 mars les trains étaient en grêve .... Donc séjour loupé....... J'estime que vous auriez du nous informer que la saison des visites en bateau ne débute que le 1er avril.
