disappointing

The room was spacious and good location.

The room was books couple of days before the travel. We were travelling from Milan to Chinque Terre via train. The Train was supposed to reach the destination (Train station) by 8:45pm. But unexpectedly got delayed while the travel. We messaged and requested the property to kindly adjust and please allow us to enter the property after 10pm as the train got delayed. But the property person did not coordinate with our request and told us to book another hotel or suite as after 10pm check in is not possible . We were kind and said- yes we do understand but unexpectedly the train was delayed, and it is not in our hands. So we requested to allow us. But she said not possible. She said come before 10pm or the doors will be closed and you have to taken another hotel. So it was a very difficult situation for us because I was pregnant and travelling with my husband for a vacation. Also if we cancel now, we couldn’t find another room immediately and no refund also. Hence as soon as the train reached the station we went running without stopping. Me being pregnant also ran more than 1km. We reached the hotel exactly at 9:56pm. Just to take the keys. So it was a very bad experience and would never recommend this hotel again to anyone.

I do not recommend if you’re searching a comfy and clean place.

I liked the location of if and the fact that is really spacious.

It was not clean at all (I can’t tell when was the last time the bathroom was cleaned), the sheets were dirty and the towels the host gave us were really small.

Overpriced and under equipped

The host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

It was so hot and the basic fan barely helped. No mirror in the room and sharing a bathroom with 5 other rooms meant it was a nightmare trying to get a slot in. The room felt like an asylum hospital room - a bed, a chair, a wardrobe, a fan... The bed was squeeky and uncomfortable For what it was, it was still overpriced.

The location was great

The host did not pass the vibe check lol. The room was okay but the bathroom was dirty. It’s nice to stay one night but we didn’t like the place to stay more than that.

Nothing I like

Everything, staff is very arrogant, bed is not clean had bed bugs because I got bit. I booked double bed then she gave me two single bed.

Spacious room. Easy check-in. Price.

Bed linens and pillows were below medium quality. The toilet room was very narrow and one could cross it only by turning sideways. There was no trash bin neither in the toilet nor in the room.

Absolutely never go here! its a horrible place and person. the rooms are really old, dirty, there are no curtains so almost impossible to sleep and the bedsheets smell and are really old. the toilet wasnt clean. its not a appartment its a cheap hostel

except the location everything. The guy is really rude and unprofessional. the place is difficult to reach from the inside with all kinds of chairs. the place is so old and the rooms he is renting out isnt a appartment. the bed is old and makes sounds, the bedsheets are so old they even stink, there are no curtains so its to bright and u wont be able to sleep, the closet door is broken, the chair is lose and dangerous to sit on. def a absolutele NO GO !!!

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, wish I had read the reviews before staying here.

The Location

Nothing else was good. 1. Photos don't match what you actually get. 2. Horribly dirty 3. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, on the first nights stay, got put into a room for the first night then told I need to pack all my things and the next two nights I have to stay in another room. 4. Checked in the Thursday for checkout on Sunday, on the Friday when returning to learn about where my 'new room is', I got harassed about city tax, Host did not have card facilities and wanted me to pay cash, told him I had no cash on me and would need to draw, that I would pay on the Sunday when I checkout. He started screaming at me and getting very angry saying a bunch of stuff in Italian. He kept fighting for the 7Euro city tax.

It was very unclean, the blankets had centuries there and also found a lot of hairs in there. There’s only one bathroom for 6 rooms so approximately 12 people.

Good value for the price

The host was responsive and answers to my questions were quick and polite. At the property he explained nicely how everything in the apartment worked. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. View from the room is also a plus (I liked it!).

In general water in the shower was nicely warm (hot even) in the evenings but in the mornings it happened that the temperature was decreased (not warm enough for me).

Perfect location and rooms are very spacious

Only one bathroom for 10 is deffenelty not enough. All the chairs were borken. They're really strict with no sound after 22h which is complicated if the appartment is full.

Located in the center of the city and not too far away from train station. Really affordable stay, efficient host. Good option to spend a couple of days in the area !

Nothing.

It was filthy. Dirty. The place look like it has was never cleaned. Looks nothing like the picture. No ac super hot. Bed sheets dirty. Pillows has stains on them. We couldn’t even take a shower. If I could have found a place for all 9 of us to stay we would have left.

Great base for visiting Cinque Terre. Not luxurious but does the job!

The location was great, not far from the train station (Cinque Terre is only a few minutes away on the train). The guy who came to give us the keys was very reactive. He came quickly to the flat whenever we had questions. Overall, good value for money. The WiFi worked well.

We had the room on the courtyard side (dark compared to the others). They could do with replacing the sofa or giving it a deep clean! The whole building also smelt a little of damp/plumbing issues?!

Io e il mio compagno appena entrati in stanza stendendoci sul letto abbiamo visto un pidocchio camminare tranquillamente sul cuscino. Lo abbiamo buttato a terra e schiacciato, e siccome era la notte di capodanno siamo usciti a festeggiare Al nostro ritorno c'è n'era un altro , che camminava sul letto.abbiamo preso le nostre cose e trascorso la notte in macchina Per terra inoltre era pieno di capelli Esperienza terribile , nemmeno una bettola è così Sconsigliatissimo, tra l'altro non rimborsabile!

Lasciate ogni speranza voi che entrate

Nulla e anche meno. La camera aveva 1 letto matrimoniale, un armadio pendente che sembrava acquistato in piazza dei miracoli a Pisa, una sedia pieghevole, e una tv, neanche un comodino e per di più la luce si poteva accendere o spegnere solamente dall'esterno della camera. C'era un bagno in comune sudicio come una pala per pulire il castro dei maiali, doccia piena di peli, bidet pieno di peli e carta igienica, wc con schizzi di piscio e peli, lavandino sosia del resto e a terra idem con patate.

La posizione in centro città

Sporcizia, stanze polverose, lenzuola sporche, bagno in comune con sporcizia di altri ospiti, se viene pulita, viene pulita male. Sconsiglio vivamente. Non si possono mettere certe strutture su Booking..

Malísimo ! Es una vergüenza

Nada! Ha sido una vergüenza ! Las puertas cerraban mal, la habitación grande solo con una cama y un armario, no tenía TV, ni una mesita , ni una silla , ni aire acondicionado. Nos han puesto un ventilador que “medio funcionaba” . El baño compartido sucio, la ducha asquerosa , ni siquiera tenía champú o jabón ! Y nos pagaron 2 toallas pequeñas !!! Esque ni las toallas daban la talla para ducharnos …

La chica que nos recibió era amable, pero no hablaba ni español, ni inglés ni italiano 😒 así que era súper difícil la comunicación.
