The room was clean and quiet.
The mini breakfast of pastry, juice and coffee was sufficient and just down the street.
The bed wasn't my favorite. Could feel the bed springs so a topper or foamy on top might be good.

Nice little hotel within a 1 minute walk of the lake, bus interchange, train station, ferry terminal and several bars and restaurants. The guy at the front desk was very nice and super helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall I got more than what I expected, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located in the heart of the touristic area of La Spezia, close to everywhere. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioner with a good view. The hotel provides most information you need as tourist.
The internet speed was not very good and you lost the connection from time to time but I think this is related to the internet company. The hotel staff was not always available to resolve the issues but they responded after a short time.
