Host and Hostess were excellent and their rooms are very nice. It is a 25 minute walk to the Cinque Terre train. The breakfast options are good and you can get fresh eggs made right there. Outdoor spaces on the property are limited and not too cozy so expect to spend more time in your room while on the property. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient. We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in. The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this. Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city. One fast and cheap option to get to La Spezia is to take the BIT scooters. Besides that there is nothing to do around the B&B. Parking is available directly in front of the B&B at the street.

A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive.

We are traveling trough Europe celebrating our honeymoon, we stopped at this place and there was suspicious people around the property, we felt very unsafe when a guy came asking for money, we tried contacting the hotel but he had no response, so we contacted hotels.com.. as much as they tried to help they could not do anything to solve the problem… this is a very dangerous area and I will not suggest anyone to stay here, I will try to get my money back because this was a horrible experience!!!

Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms and a nice selection of breakfast items. Had a great view over the town as well. Bit of a walk into town but the trade-off is you're away from the crowds. Easy parking available on the street.

Location was good,free parking, ok breakfast. What we didnt like this time around is the lack of cleaning unfortunately! Towels were not replaced, trash was was not emptied, tea cup we drank tea in were not replaced or even removed!

Emiliano seems very kind but he is not when you are facing problems. I received a very unpleasant and inconsiderate treatment from him. If you are lucky you wont ge to meet the real Emiliano, so maybe worth trying. But after knowing who he really is, staying at a place that is run by someone like him is double creepy, because he really does a good job of pretending to be nice, but uggghh... If you decide to go, I wish you don't have to face the real him!

The location is very central/very close to many major attractions. You can walk to almost everything you would want to see. You have to use public parking, which cost us 22 Eu for one night - so that part is relativel expensive. We only stayed there for one night so no big deal, but if you were staying for several days that would add up.

The room was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. We loved not being directly in town - much more quiet that way! Everyone from the desk to the breakfast room was super helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again.

The place was fantastic and the bnb ownership's attention to design, amenities, and even the smallest details was outstanding. From the wonderful breakfast to Emiliano's kindness and readiness to answer questions and provide guidance on local activities I would not hesitate to stay again.
