Quiet property with secure parking.

Comfortable apartment with plenty of secure off street parking. Very quiet and the balcony was nice. Coffee machine in reception. Breakfast was a croissant each. There was a small pizza place ten minutes walk away (watch your change!) and a small grocery store.

Not very much around. Most restaurants a drive away.

Fresh pastries every morning included, juices and water in our fridge every day, Elga provided a shuttle service to the train station to get to Cinque Terre morning and evening, room was cleaned and fresh towels every day! Couldn’t have asked for better services

The place is very clean, a little quiet, perfect for staying in Italy. The host was kind, very helpful with information about the main attractions that are nearby and how to get there. She was also very kind to leave us to the near train station when we needed it and to pick us up from there. The place has a private parking.

The host is very welcoming and accomodating. The place is very quiet too. Breakfast is nice and the shuttle is very convient to visit Cinque Terre.

Fantastic stay !

A new complex with a nice balcony and everything you needed. It was affordable and communication with the owners was pleasant. I felt comfortable in the room. The bathroom was very nice and the towels are top quality! It is a pity that the city is not very interesting otherwise I would have liked to stay longer, but we were there specifically for chinque terre. Everything in the complex is new and of good quality. The owners' van with which they take you to and pick you up from the station was also great, clean and pleasant to sit in. A nice experience!

Rooms were really nice and clean. The apartment is brand new. Perfect place for people travelling with their own car. You can park your car on the apartments own yard which is gated. The hostess was really nice and helpful! She even drove us to the La Spezia train station (was included to the rooms price). Would highly recommend! :)

Foarte confortabil patul, dimensiunea generoasă a camerei, amabilitatea proprietarilor, micul dejun (croissant, sucuri, apă, cafea), parcare la discreție, curățenie impecabilă, liniștea locației.

Am ajuns târziu și s-a încălzit greu camera cu AC. Dar a fost bine, până la urmă.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura, personale gentilissimo, camera nuova e pulitissima, cornetto e caffè per colazione e bevande nel frigo in camera inclusi. Senza dimenticare il parcheggio interno gratuito, con vicino la fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere La Spezia. Noi siamo stati davvero bene, super consigliato.

Un séjour parfait ! Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le tarif, est super. Le parking privé est très pratique et bien sécurisé. Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und die gastfreundlichkeit Zucker.

Sehr gut ausgestattet Apartments. Man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Die Gastgeber haben am Vortag broiches ausfüllen lassen und morgens bei Abreise gab’s die ausgehändigt. Kaffee war umsonst.

Totul a fost perfect! Recomand cu drag aceasta unitate de cazare. Gazde tinere, foarte amabile, curatenie exemplara. Locatia este foarte usor accesibila chiar si cu transportul in comun, inconjurata de verdeata si foarte linistita Ne am simtit foarte bine si o sa revenim cu drag!

חדרים משופצים ונוחים. חניה טובה בתוך החצר. מארחים שרותיים. קיבלנו המלצות מצוינות שעזרו לנו להנות מהסביבה. ניתן להכנס לבד, בכל שעה.

כמעט הכל מושלם. היה טוב אם היו קולבים לתות דברים בחדר ובחדר האמבטיה. ארוחת הבוקר מינימלית. היה נחמד אם היה קפוצינו.

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, environnement global pas dingue

Chambre très sympathique avec des équipements et des matériaux de qualité ! Très propre avec climatisation et articles de douche Mini bar inclus dans le prix avec eau fraîche et jus de fruits, c’est très appréciable ! Croissant offert pour le matin si vous donnez votre choix au propriétaire la veille et machine à café en libre service à la réception (très bon café)

Pas d’accueil physique, seulement quelques messages échangés par Whatsapps c’est un peu dommage mais d’après les commentaires ça n’a pas l’air d’être toujours le cas La localisation globale du logement n’est pas dingue par contre, aucun commerces autour, seulement quelques immeubles délabrés et le port militaire, obligés de prendre la voiture ou le bus pour aller manger le soir

Fijne accomodatie!

Heel mooie kamers, verzorgd complex met parking achter een gesloten poort. We kwamen vrij vroeg aan en mochten al meteen in de kamer, wat heel handig was! Ze zorgen goed voor je, met sapjes, koffie/thee en 's ochtends een brioche!

Ik boekte speciaal een kamer met balkon, maar we kregen een andere kamer op de gelijksvloers met een tafeltje aan de deur (dus geen balkon). Dit staat niet heel duidelijk op booking. Na 23uur rijden er geen bussen meer en is het 45 minuten te voet naar het hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bon séjour !

La propreté, la décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bains, le calme, le croissant le matin, le parking gratuit et la disponibilité des gérants qui nous amenaient à la gare le matin et revenaient nous chercher le soir. De plus le centre de la Spezia n est pas loin en voiture donc il est facile de sortir dîner le soir.
