Amazing ocean view and luxury stay!
The location was amazing. The hotel called us a taxi to get there without issue. The view from our room was breathtaking! We had an amazing ocean view from bedroom due to the hotel being high up. Cristina was very helpful and had great energy. We hope to stay again!

I liked everything about our stay. Very personalized attention, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and a great view of the Italian warships! Loved that! Our hostess Cristina was extremely accommodating and a true sweetheart! Enjoyed our stay so much!

A beautiful building overlooking the harbour and sea with off road parking on drive included. The room was delightful - comfortable and clean with great views. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. The staff were so helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Nice short stay
The view from the garden and the room is spectacular (during day and night). Big rooms and bathrooms. Lovely house.
- Breakfast choice was limited to sweets (typical Italian), no gluten free or lactose free options. Nowhere near a store to buy an alternative. - Our toilet seat was broken and was not to be fixed soon. Owner didn’t offer solutions, but we got a small refund.

Nice accommodation with a lovely host but struggles with Location.
The host was a wonderful lady that just wanted to help. A great Host. The room was huge with a great view from a large balcony. It was all very clean.
The problem that we had was... Although the bathroom was large, clean and tidy it was also up a flight of stairs within the room which was difficult to locate in the middle of the night when it was dark. The location of the room in general is away from the centre of La Spezia so it was difficult to get a taxi to the main Train Station when you wanted to explore Cinque Terre. (There is no UBER in La Spezia and to be honest the host did try helping us to get a taxi but they do struggle with their location

Beautiful views in well “family run like” establishment
The views are absolutely fantastic over La Spezia! The property itself is quite beautiful and the breakfast was very decent. The room was comfortable.
I guess that is part of the area, but in order to access it you have to go up quite a bit with your suitcases. The rooms albeit nicely decorated are still a bit more outdated in style (to our liking). I think it is definitely a good option when in the area however I would question the value for money.
