Comfortable Stay at La Spezia

Very nice clean and well maintained property located in quite neighbourhood. The property is located in religious complex. The rooms very spacious, well lit and had all the amenities that one could ask for. We absolutely had a very comfortable time at the property.

The approach road to property from nearby bust stop has steep incline and is located 8-10mins away.

O local é bem amplo e confortável e com carater de novo. O pessoal que trabalha na recepção são bem atenciosos e aceitaram fazer o nosso check in antes das 14 horas. Vale a pena o custo beneficio.

Como ficamos só 1 noite, a localização não era das melhores. Tivemos que pegar 2 onibus para chegar na acomodação, e carregar malas é bem ruim nesses casos, mas já sabiamos dessa desvantagem.

Exceptionnel et au calme, bien qu'un peu loin du centre ville.

La chambre était spacieuse et les lits confortables. Ce quartier calme nous a permis de bien nous reposer. La gentillesse de la sœur qui nous a accueillies était touchante, surtout que nous étions perdues et ne parlions pas italien! Le grand parking à l'arrière nous a permis de garer notre voiture, car le quartier est pentu et les places de parking de la rue étaient souvent prises.

Hospedaje Maravilloso

La amabilidad de las señoritas que nos recibieron, la buena voluntad y simpatia pese al idioma (ambas utilizamos traductor de Google). La limpieza es perfecta, tanto en el baño como en la habitación, el baño impecable, amplio, cama cómoda, un lugar maravilloso para hospedarse.

La verdad es que fue todo perfecto. 100% recomendado, si vuelvo a la Spezia volvería ahí nuevamente. Gracias por todo y bendiciones! 🙂

Czysto, miły personel, bezpieczny parking, klimatyzacja, lodówka warto!

Bardzo czysto, siostry pomocne, sympatyczne, auto zaparkowane na terenie obiektu, więc bezpiecznie i bez potrzeby szukania wolnego miejsca. Wifi dobre. Dostępna lodówka zamrażarką.

En general todo fue de 10! La habitación muy grande y todo nuevo... La amabilidad de las monjitas que nos dejaron aparcar dentro de las instalaciones..gratis Las ubicación es muy buena para hacer cinque terre ya q esta cerca de estación del tren Lo de Tener una nevera en el pasillo es muy buena idea.

Solo como sugerencia, haría falta un microondas...con eso sería genial

Buona soluzione

Buona soluzione non lontanissima dal centro di Spezia a un prezzo giusto. Le camere sono tutte nuove e dotate del necessario per un breve soggiorno. Le sorelle sono state accoglienti. Comodo il self check-out e la possibilità di rientrare a qualsiasi orario, pur essendo una struttura associata all'ordine religioso.

I letti non sono comodissimi, ma per un breve soggiorno va più che bene.

Super ubytování

Vše bylo krásně čisté a voňavé. Sestry velice milé, klidná lokalita. Byli jsme jen jednu noc, ale čistší ubytování jsme zatím neměli. Hned pod ubytováním je super pizzerie, za 7 euro se najíte.

Je to daleko od centra, což nám nevadilo, jelikož jsme přijeli večer.

Vřele doporučuji

Prostorné ubytování s klimatizací a ledničkou, která byla sdílená na chodbě. Auto zaparkované hned před ubytováním v klidné čtvrti. Kousek od ubytování jezdí linka autobusu přímo do centra za 1,5€ - Listky jsme koupili v trafice, která je hned vedle zastávky.

Pro někoho by mohl být nepříjemná delší pochodová vzdálenost do centra, ale nám to nevadilo.
