Nieskazitelnie czysty duży pokój, korytarz, łazienka i zaplecze kuchenne. Bardzo ładna, czyściutka, zaopatrzona we wszystko łazienka. Przesympatyczne i bardzo pomocne siostry zakonne prowadzące pensjonat. Bardzo duży, wygodny, wliczony w cenę parking zamykany.
Jedynie zbyt duża odległość od centrum i kolei. Jest dojazd autobusem do portu i do centrum, ale do kolei już sporo trzeba podejść. Dla mnie niewygodny materac, gdyż przenosi każdy ruch drugiej osoby.

Accueil chaleureux, écoute, disponibilité Propreté Kitchenette à disposition autour de la résidence, petit café pour le petit déjeuner et petit resto très sympa pour le soir "petit village " en guise de banlieue, très joli accolé à la Spézia : typique, calme, reposant
peut etre un peu loin de la gare ferroviere de la Spezia, mais bus à côté pour s'y rendre ainsi que pour aller à Portovenere
