This is a converted apartment. The owner is lovely and helpful and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The pictures online lead you to believe it’s a separate hotel. It’s on the third floor of a building. That said, the owner was great. No complaints

Perfect location near the La Spezia main shopping area and train station. The innkeeper Andrea was very helpful in advising us about the area and what we could do in our too short of a stay.
We are planning another European trip for next year and this place is definitely on our short list.
