Travelling from Ladispoli to Genoa, decided to stop somewhere and continue next morning. Found this place online scoring 9 Yet one lengthy review seemed to disagree,followed by an equally lengthy rebuke from the management. Intrigued, we decided to find out which story was right. Booked and stayed the night. The property was in a typical Italian building in a bustling city street in a beautiful Italian town. The room was immaculately presented, the Juliet balcony made me want to put on a white singlet lean over the rails and chat to the shopkeepers below. We had the privilege of meeting Annemarie the owner and other family members,extremely lovely people. We came to the conclusion that the author of the review was someone even their parents didn't like! Never made it to Genoa, stayed here 3 more nights 9+.

Very clean and tidy apartment with a great balcony to sit in the evenings. The host Allesio was very informative with instructions, directions and helped with parking as well. I would very much recommend the apartment to anyone. Convenient to restaurants, literally 5 mins down the road. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great location - literally 2 mins from the station and 2 mins from many great restaurants. Room spotless, bed so comfortable, no noise from outside. Alessio meets you and makes check in easy - wonderful find and will definitely stay here if ever in La Spezia again. Superb place to stay if visiting Cinque Terre

My stay at Affittacamere Rosy was perfect. Alessio was very prompt with his responses. The room was clean, well outfitted and situated. I would highly recommend it.

A quick walk from the train station. You can take the stairs down to the street the property is on if you don't have much luggage. The owner's son communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided instructions for a contactless check-in. Seemed really nice and was super quick to respond to questions as well. You get access to a unit that has about 4 or 5 other rooms, and while it's really easy to hear any noise from the hallway, we didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms through the walls. We could easily hear the traffic from outside (lots of sirens because we faced the main road) but otherwise, it was quiet enough. The room itself was nice. Didn't feel crowded (although, the shower was pretty tight). There was ample wardrobe space and they even offered a clothing drying rack, which was appreciated due to how we needed to do some handwashing while we were there. The hosts also left a wrapped pastry and some candy when we first got there. We didn't ask for housekeeping so we had to reuse our towels.

First I didn’t realize it is apartment that was turn into rooms smelly cigar ate smell at the corridor and room smells like sewer. I share my thoughts with the owner who I never met and converse via what’s up. You n general do not stay in this s city ! Dirty there are much better places to make as a base

This place is a hidden gem!!! It’s a family own and managed guest rooms, the room was amazing!! Very clean!! Very comfortable!! The mother and the son were incredible!! The place is in the best location, right by the main center and the train station is right across the street. I would definitely go back there I would rate this place 10/10!!! Without a doubt!!
