Die Lage ist günstig zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt und gleichzeitig ruhig. Es gibt eine Terrasse zum draußen sitzen. Zu zweit ist es ausreichend gross. Auf ausdrückliche Bitte wurden uns 3 größere Tassen (nur Espressotassen im Schrank) und ein zweiter Satz Handtücher gebracht (da ein Satz für 2 Personen und 7 Tage uns nicht ausreichend war). Check-in einfach mit Schlüsselbox.
Die Wohnung ist vernachlässigt. Im Bad bröckelt der Putz, der Handtuchständer steht gebrochen in der Ecke. Die Ausstattung der Küche besteht aus zerkratzten Teflon-Pfannen und -Töpfen. Der Backofen war wegen alten Fettes (nicht gereinigt) nicht benutzbar, es stank erbärmlich beim Aufheizen. In der Spülmaschine war das Abflusssieb völlig verdreckt. Die Mikrowelle hatte keinen Drehteller mehr, war also auch nicht benutzbar. Die Mülltonnen fanden wir auf der Terrasse in einer Ecke, in der Wohnung war kein Mülleimer. Die Anleitung zur Müll-Entsorgung ist mangelhaft. Mehrere Lampen ohne Leuchtmittel, besonders beim Eingang kein Licht. Bett ist duchgelegen, Sofa ebenfalls stark durchgesessen. Tassen und Handtücher wurden auf unsere Bitte schnell zur Verfügung gestellt. Ansonsten gab es auf unsere Kritik keine Reaktion der Vermieter, auf Fragen (Müllentsorgung, Altglas) ebenfalls keine Reaktion.

Very close to the train station. Great place to explore Cinque Terre from. Had everything even a washing machine. A big smart TV to watch you photos from with AirPlay. Very quiet considering it is close to the train station. A nice outside space which we didn’t use but appreciated. There was a lot of wardrobe space.
Bed ribs were broken so the mattress fell through sometimes, but only on the side of the feet, so it didn’t happen during the night, only when we sat on the edge of the bed. The apartment had cobwebs in the ceiling and it was dusty in some places. The walls were broken and dirty everywhere. The apartment walls need a lot of repair.

Struttura con un buon potenziale, ma tenuta malissimo.
La posizione è ottima, 2 min a piedi dalla stazione di La Spezia.
Gli spazi sono interessanti.
La pulizia della casa lasciava a desiderare, polvere un po’ ovunque, anche sui muri.
I letti sono scomodissimi, sia quello in camera che il divano letto, oltre che rumorosi al massimo.
Mancano le zanzariere e appena arrivati dato xhe tutte le finestre erano aperte, siamo stati assaliti dalle zanzare.
L’appartamento è al piano terra e si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada (macchine, persone e altro) e dai piani superiori.
Il parcheggio è difficile da trovare li in zona!
