Not really the place you would imagine for your holidays

The host is very nice. There is a washing machine.

The apartment is in a devastating state. I cannot imagine the reason why the owner would not invest in getting the kitchen and the bathroom to an acceptable state. And have some professional cleaners come up from time to time..

Average stay

The host Roberto was super friendly, in fact he arranged for our pick up from train station. The location is convenient with bus stop right next to apartment.

Cleanliness is very poor. No tabs provided for dish washers No cleaning the tabs for washing machine as well. The towels were not very clean and neatly arranged . The apartment is no way 10 min walk from train station so better don't fall for the name, it's misguided. Plus the road is elevated so it's not walkable with kids and luggage.. However one can take direct bus which takes you the apartment in like 10 mins Take the bus number 3 from apartment to station and vice versa.

Bon séjour global

1- L’appartement est très bien situé. Environnement calme, commerces et café à proximité. Gare à 20 minutes à pied. 2- L’accueil chaleureux et soucieux de Roberto. 3- L’accessibilité de l’appartement est très simple et Roberto est 100% disponible. 4- Un balcon équipé d’une machine à laver et produits ce qui est très appréciable lorsque l’on voyage.

L’appartement a de beaux volumes, néanmoins, il gagnerait à disposer simplement des équipements essentiels ce qui faciliterait grandement leur nettoyage et entretien. Ce n’est pas si terrible que ça mais nous avons dû nettoyer la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser…. C’est dommage vu le potentiel du lieu. La cuisine possède tellement d’équipements que le propriétaire ne peut sûrement pas tous les vérifier entre chaque locataire…. En mon sens, au prix payé par nuit, c’est tout de même embêtant de ne pas avoir une propreté clean. Appartement qui a vécu et qui possède de fait des traces d’usures visibles.
