The room itself was very spacious and charming. As was the building. Very clean and properly maintained. The heat actually worked for a change. My issues were all related to door security. The instructions for keypad usage were delivered via WhatsApp. A little confusing because the outer door keypad was very flaky. The common area keypad worked well but the 2nd floor was frequently unlike. The door to the room was the worst. The key didn’t seem to move the deadbolt at all. Was it electronic ??? We ended up apparently leaving the room open day and night. Although we found it locked when returning. Didn’t like that at all. But I would stay there again. Just insist on a good explanation of their security.

This is an exceptional place. Extremely modern and clean and very close to the train station. The area is okay but kind of noisy. Luckily the superior windows blocked out the noise. The owners are accommodating as they do not live on the property. Communication with them was great. Would highly recommend.

Paid for street parking 8-20 for 2 days in one time walked to train 10 minutes to visit all 5 times and 2 hikes between 3 and 2 hours had dinner and late train back 2nd day took bus to Porto Venera swam did all high lights and came back on ferry Beautiful places and nice accommodations for a 3 night base

Maria amd Bruno were very helpful getting me settled. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless and a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute stroll to the port and the ferries of Cinque Terre. I would stay here again.

The proprietor went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were available to answer and questions and to suggest best options to get around, convenient places to eat. Overall a pleasant experince, would recommend for a stay in Laspezia since it is very convenient to visit the surrounding areas like Cinque Terre and Porto Venere

Very nice little room in La Spezia. There is a bit of noise from the other rooms & surrounding apartments, but it didn't bother us very much. The hosts are great, contacting us via WhatsApp the day before we arrived.

The photos for this property don't do it justice! A really, really great place to stay in La Spezia. It's located in a very convenient area (~5min to the train station) which made it easy to travel around the area to Cinque Terre, but also only ~10-15min to get to the old town area and walk around. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby as well. And Maria, the host, was absolutely fantastic and so sweet. My friend accidentally left his airpods after we checked out, and she even shipped them to him which was the nicest. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come back to La Spezia and stay here again!

Central location close to the train station, very easy to go to Cinque Terre. The appartment was spacious, very clean, a balcony was a plus.Outside was perfect during the day, I felt a little bit insecure after dark.

We had issues contacting someone to get checked in but once we were in, the room was clean with the promised amenities. I will say the cups they provide for the tea disintegrate before you can finish your hot beverage so they might want to get some different cups or bring your own. The beds were ok in terms of comfort.

A big supermarket with a cafe is near the hotel, so it was very convenient for us to get water and snacks as well as a great coffee and bread. The room was very clean and cozy to stay. I liked everything and it was a perfect place. The only thing that needs to improve is the soundproof window. It was not too noisy, but we could hear some blare outside in the night.

the host was very nice in welcoming us. we love the location due to it’s so near the La Spezia central station. less than 10 minutes walk . so convenient to go back and forth to Cinque Terre. the town itself has good things to do,nice streets and very good seafood restaurants. make sure you check the address of your accomodation due to there is another location closer to the center which is farther from train station ..rooms were comfortable and clean.

This is not actually a hotel. It looks like they converted an old floor into 3 apartments. It's nice, clean and very well located. The person in charge is very nice and welcomes you when you arrive. I recommend it.

The management of this hotel has gone out of its way to provide a very good quality stay for all. All rooms have colour themes. Ours, Blue was very tastefully done adding to a comfortable stay.

It was a nice stay, very close to the railway station to get to cinque terre easily. The only difficulty was that the free parking was 10min walk but we end up parking on the street closer to the stay. It was 0.75€/hour until 8pm, so it wasn’t bad at all. Would recommend to my friends

Staff is the best thing about this stay. She met us to do check in since there is no front desk, gave us a map and touring information, and escorted us to the free parking lot in town. The bed was comfortable, plenty of space in the bedroom, access to temperature control, and private bathroom had toiletries, bidet, and a roomy shower. I had booked based on the good reviews and they were true.

The property was located with in 5 minutes of the Central station and only 5 minutes walk to the Centre with numerous bars and restaurants close bye ,there is also a substantial supermarket 300mtrs to the rear of the apartment It was an ideal location to use as a base to visit the villages of Cinque Terra over a couple of days

A small, clean room excellently located near the La Spezia train station, where trains leave every half an hour to Cinque Terre. The free parking space suggested by the staff was 10 minutes on foot, but it was not a bothersome distance. There is a large grocery store nearby, which was very convenient for us.
