Great location. Spacious. All in order.

Everything worked well! Hot water, stove, washing machine. Mattresses were comfortable. Quiet. Location was perfect! A short walk from the train station and buses right in front of the building or two blocks away for all nearby destinations. Private host was very accommodating, even giving us a tide to the train station upon our departure. Highly recommend.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in La Spezia

Great location in La Spezia. It was an easy 10 min walk to the train station. The apartment was comfortable and a great size for our group. The host that met us was so friendly and had the fridge stocked with waters, juices, and prosecco for us which was so appreciated and kind!

Truly Wonderful experience.

The location was fairly good, close to the train station. The host Mr. Gian Luca was very helpful and was there at the property, precisely when we arrived. He took care of us like his own guest. He kept good amount of water and eatables in his refrigerator as compliments. He was there to assist us in any way we needed. We really appreciated the fact that, he took great efforts in transporting us to the train station, in his small car because he did not trust the local taxi service to arrive early in the morning on time. 10/10 for the hospitality by Mr Luca.

Nothing can be Perfect as the word Perfect however, there is nothing much for not to like. We highly recommend this property for guests.

The easy walking distance to trains and boats to easily access the Cinque Terre, great market & food options plus a free upgrade from beautiful host family.

Perfect stay close to trains as well as shops and restaurants

Nice, secured building. 7-8 minute walk from La Spezia Centrale. Small elevator in building. Host met us to provide keys and information. Lovely apartment with 15-foot ceilings, updated windows, air conditioning units, washing machine, espresso machine. Host even left us a few treats — very thoughtful. What a difference from the place we had just come from. It also is very close to the shops, stores, restaurants and farmers’ market. About 20-25 minute walk to La Spezia port where we took a 90-minute sunset bout tour of the islands, which I also recommend. I would stay at this property again if I revisited the area.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better — the host’s hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I have high standards.

Excellent Location, Great Stay in La Spezia

This is the first time we booked a ZIMMER. This concept was new to us. However, CAVOUR 257 was excellently located in the Center of Beautiful La Spezia, and the room was confortable. We enjoyed the city and the excellent Location of CAVOUR 257. GIANLUCA, the owner, was attentive, gracious and helpful. Thank you!

location was perfect for day trip to Cinque Terra and central to town. Our host kindly advised on parking and met us early to allow us to store our luggage till later check in. In 4 weeks in Italy by far the most comfortable bed🙏we have slept in. Thank you for the friendly welcome Jean Luca!

A very nice apartment from 19th century full with history that was well preserved/valued by the host I will add the PROs below: - clean and big room with a lot of natural light. - comfortable bed - coffee machine and fridge in the room. - big smart tv and air conditioning - good position (near city center and 10 minutes away from train station and 15 minutes from the port) - the host was very friendly and helpfully

Excellent stay in this beautiful and comfortable flat, ideally located in La Spezia

Very friendly and reactive communication between us and our nice owners who do their best to help us all time during our stay. Excellent stay in a very cosy, spacious, calm and comfortable flat, recently refurbished, in a nice La Spezia's old building, located on a large avenue, in the town center. Everything is in a perfect state of cleanliness and proper functioning (heating, air conditioning, bathroom, bedding and impeccable household linen ...). It's possible to prepare meals for 4 people which is rare enough to be reported. The flat is ideally located near the railway and maritime stations, to explore the Cinque Terre. A free and safe public parking is located near the flat, which makes it even more attractive. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Très bel appartement et très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. L'accueil est très bien, nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions ( boissons fraîches dans le frigo, café et thé etc..) Le propriétaire est très disponible et nous accueille en personne. La situation est idéale, proche de la gare et du centre historique. Je recommande vivement. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

A estadia foi impecável. Estamos viajando o mundo e essa foi uma das nossas melhores experiências de acomodação. Há muita atenção aos detalhes: cama confortável, banheiro novo, café, quarto limpo com muitas toalhas disponíveis. A localização é excelente (segura, ao lado da estação central de trem, com muitos restaurantes próximos), trazendo uma sensação de experiência local e tornando o deslocamento muito fácil (fator importante para a região). O anfitrião é muito gentil e se preocupa com tudo que for necessário para que nos sintamos em casa. Conseguimos aproveitar muito bem a região toda por nos sentirmos muito bem cuidados durante nossos dias aqui. Recomendo totalmente!

Fantástico. Sin duda la mejor opción para visitar las Cinque Terre!

Los dueños son fabulosos: atentos, amables, detallistas, imposible conocer dueños mejores, se comunican contigo en todo momento para que tu experiencia sea cómoda y perfecta. El apartamento está Súper limpio, es bonito y muy bien decorado. La única pega que podría poner es que falta una mesa donde poder comer, 7 días comiendo en taburete acaba cansando y resulta incómodo. Por lo demás todo de 10.

Excelente trato de los anfitriones, siempre muy diligentes.

La relación calidad, precio, totalmente fuera de lugar. Habíamos estado en lugares mucho mejores, mejor ubicados, más grandes, por mucho menos dinero. Esta habitación estaba en barrio, si bien cerca de todo, no muy bueno; el baño tenía un arreglo en el wc muy deficiente y mediocre, sonaba y era molesto, salio agua hacia el piso. La cafetera y el hervidor estaban enchufados en un alargador colgado de un mueble con un clavo que se salía....... en fin... detalles que hacen que la relación precio calidad sea mala.

ottima posizione su corso cavour a 5 minuti dal centro e 10 dalla stazione ho potuto parcheggiare (a pagamento) proprio sotto l'alloggio con la massima comodita'

locatie in de hoofdstraat, heel goede bakker op 40 meter. Groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Regendouche in de badkamer. Bereikbaar met de lift 3 de verdieping.

Misschien kleine tafel voorzien in de living. Verder geen bemerkingen.
