Cozy and modern Italian home away from home. We are located right in the heart of La Spezia, Italy. Apartment is brand new and ready to host you on your visit to Cinque Terre, La Spezia. Market Place 44 is just few minutes walk away from trains to cinque terre, buses and ferry boats to Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Seconds away from the restaurants and bars and if you are an early bird you can witness the cities historical farmers market opening as it is situated right by the apartment. We love kids and we always travel with our family so we know it takes more attention to details and things to do for our little guests as well.. and we have you covered. See you soon.

"Accessible to transportation, markets, neat, minimalist decor, pied a Terre. Broken AC made it a bit uncomfortable. Helpful and responsive host. Loved our stay and the city!"
