Cozy place in La Spezia

The apartment is big, comfortable, has two nice terraces, excellent location close to the train station. We felt very good here, we have beautiful memories.

The apartment is conveniently located right by the train station, but you never hear the trains when you are inside. One of the hosts met us at the train station and walked us over. We arrived late, so she checked in with a restaurant nearby to make sure they would serve us before closing. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bedding and towels were very comfortable. I love that it had two terraces for us to enjoy, and a washing machine with a drying rack. It was a great stay!

Soggiorno molto bello, ospitanti carini, appartamento bello e pulito

Soggiorno molto comodo, appartamento perfettamente pulito e arredato bene. La terrazza molto carina per fare aperitivo o colazione. Ospitanti molto gentili e premurosi, hanno pure pensato di lasciarci il caffè e il latte per la colazione. Molto flessibili anche per li orari, potevamo lasciare il bagaglio anche il giorno della partenza per poter fare ancora un giro in città.

La mejor opción en La Spezia

Nos ha gustado todo. Su ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la estación. El trato y la atención del anfitrión, siempre atento. El hecho de que estuviera una persona para abrirnos la puerta y enseñar las instalaciones. La limpieza y el excelente estado del piso. Muy bien equipado y todo muy funcional. La cocina muy completa y se agradece tener café, infusiones, azúcar y otros detalles. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

Confortable y como en casa

El piso estaba totalmente reformado y era grande. Tenía un amplio comedor, y la cocina independiente, que también era amplia, con una mesa para comer. Tenía dos terrazas grandes, una con la lavadora y sitio para colgar la ropa y la otra con una mesa, ideal para realizar cualquier comida. Lo más pequeño del piso era el lavado, aunque tenía de todo: un lavamanos grande, inodoro, bidé y ducha muy moderna. Realmente todo era muy espacioso. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Había aparatos de aire acondicionado en el comedor y las dos habitaciones, por lo que era realmente confortable (estuvimos en agosto y las estancia fue muy confortable). Aunque está situado en una calle transitada, está a dos minutos a pie de la estación de tren y, andando 5 minutos para el lado opuesto, llegas al centro peatonal, donde se encuentran las tiendas y restaurantes. A partir de ahí es cuestión de dar un paseo por sus calles peatonales y llegar al puerto. El anfitrión fue muy amable en todo momento.

Bel appartement parfaitement situé pour explorer les Cinque Terre en train

Appartement très bien situé, tout près de la gare et des rues piétonnes avec commerces et restaurants. Bel appartement, spacieux et moderne.

Il faut se garer dans la rue (stationnement payant en semaine), mais nous avons trouvé une place à proximité (on peut payer avec l'app Easypark). Il n'y a pas de possibilité de stationner même temporairement dans la rue, ce qui rend le déchargement des bagages compliqué (à noter qu'il y a un petit ascenseur à partir de l'entresol, mais il faut prévoir de monter au moins un escalier).

Obiekt położony w super lokalizacji (około 2 minuty od dworca i około 15 minut spacerkiem od portu). Apartament jest bardzo zadbany, był bardzo czysty i posiadał bardzo dużo udogodnień. Dodatkowo kontakt w właścicielem był bardzo dobry. Był to nasz jeden z najlepszych pobytów we Włoszech i z czystym sumieniem możemy go ocenić na 10, polecam :)

El apartamento está junto a la estación de tren.y junto a la calle principal de bares y comercio de la espezie Nos entregaron las llaves antes de la hora indicada Y en la salida tuvimos mucha flexibilidad para poder dejar las maletas Los anfitriones tanto el hijo cómo la madre son super amables y competente

Apartament cu o suprafata generoasa, renovat si utilat modern cu foarte mult bun gust, are doua terase mari, foarte curat. Este amplasat aproape de Gara Centrala si o statie de autobus, usor de identificat. Cea mai placuta surpriza a fost comunicarea permanenta cu gazda pe tot parcursul sejurului, extrem de dragut, prietenos, amabil, la sosirea noastra in La Spezia, a trimis un taxi la gara in intampinare. Dorim sa-i multumim inca o data si sa-i uram succes pe viitor ! Recomandam La Terazza nel Centro din La Spezia, cu cea mai mare incredere.

Bellissimo, peccato essere stati 1 notte sola

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, spazioso, luminoso, pulito, con tutti i confort necessari. E' presente anche un terrazzo molto grande. Molto silenzioso. Non posso che dire solo cose positive. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, peccato essere rimasti soltanto per una notte. Posizione ottima, comodissimo per chi, come noi, vuole visitare le 5 Terre perchè è proprio e 2 passi dalla stazione. In più con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la via principale del centro della Spezia e il porto. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per tutto. Super consigliato.

La struttura ha una posizione ottimale vicino al centro e alla stazione. Possiede OGNI comodità e sottolineo ogni perché è davvero attrezzata per ogni cosa. L’unica cosa di cui mi pento è di essere rimasta solo 3 giorni.
