The shower had an issue with the warm and cold water I think but hard to remember please check the shower function.

Nice apartment in a great location

The location was perfect - on the doorstep for the train, shops and exploring further. The property was really spacious with lots of towels provided. There were also lots of crockery items so we weren’t washing up every meal.

The stairs and no air con but we knew that when we booked it so it’s not a complaint. I think two keys would be good to safe going down the stairs to open the front door.

Delightful compact clean apartment in a great location!

We stayed two nights and I loved this apartment as it was a glimpse of living like a local! I suggest it’s ideal for 4 people (5 with one on the sofa) in the warmer months as the loft was very hot, but the host provided plenty of fans and the apartment windows opened wide for a beautiful breeze. The location is great, it was very clean and organised and I really appreciated the great communication from our host!

My hubby and kids were disappointed with no air conditioning, but it didn’t bother me. I missed in the description the apartment was on the fourth floor with no lift and fortunately we are light travellers so it was good exercise taking our luggage upstairs!

Amazing!

The accomodation was very nice, it was in the middle of the center and near to the trainstation. We used it to travel to Cinque Terre. Genta was also very nice. It was a very nice appartment for a very nice price would definately recommend it. 10/10 for us.

The apartment is newly refurbished and has everything you need in it. Minutes away from the train station and lots of restaurants around.

Considering that is really hot in Italy an air conditioning unit would be ideal and necessary.

Il est proposé pour 6 adultes 3 chambres dont 2 avec grand lit mais la 3ème chambre à l étage à un lit de 120 donc pas possible pour un couple. Il est très bien pour 4 personnes.

Cuarto piso sin ascensor

Mucha luminosidad, todo reformado, todo exterior, ventiladores suficientes, galletas y agua fresca en la nevera de cortesía. Las camas muy cómodas.

No hay aire acondicionado. No hay servilletas ni trapos en la cocina. El gel de cortesía en monodosis de sobre de 7ml, prefiero un dosificador u otro envase. Una habitación está en una especie de buhardilla con una escalera de caracol. No tiene ascensor.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement coquet avec tout l’équipement nécessaire, situé à proximité de la gare et donc idéal pour visiter les 5 terres.

Par contre il est plus fait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants car le lit est vraiment petit dans la troisième chambre (120) sans que cela ça soit clairement expliqué dans l’annonce.

במיקום מצוין, קרוב לתחנה המרכזית שממנה יוצאת הרכבת לצינקווה טרה. קרוב לשדרה המרכזית בה יש הרבה בתי קפה, מסעדות וחנויות. הדירה משופצת ונקייה, מאובזרת מאד ונוחה.

קומה רביעית, לנו זאת לא היתה בעיה אך כותבת כדי שתדעו. לנו זה היה מקסים לראות קצת את העיר מלמעלה.

Un lugar estupendo en la Spezia para gente joven

Todo estupendo, la anfitriona maravillosa (nos solucionó rápidamente un problema con la llave); sitio muy céntrico, prácticamente al lado de la estación (algo estupendo para visitar las Cinque Terre), muy nuevo todo y muy limpio, con un mobiliario moderno y una vajilla nueva. A pesar de estar en el centro no había ruido de coches y se podía dormir perfectamente

Es un cuarto sin ascensor, lo que dificulta el acceso a personas mayores, como era nuestro caso. A la habitación de arriba se accede por una escalera de caracol estrechísima lo que dificulta también el acceso a mayores y además no hay ni un perchero para colocar la ropa. Son las dos únicas pegas.

Location super

Casa in pieno centro, in uno stabile di 4 piani senza ascensore. Esternamente non molto soddisfacente ma l'interno dell'appartamento è molto bello nuovo e pulito, con una gestione veramente accogliente e gentile. Speriamo di tornarci presto. Siamo stati comodamente in 5 persone in quanto ci sono due letti matrimoniali e una terza stanza con un lettino, 2 TV led e bagno con doccia grande, e una cucina/soggiorno. Consiglio come punto d'appoggio per girare le 5 terre essendo vicinissimo anche alla stazione.

Ubicación perfecta. Personal amable, buena y rápida comunicación. Apartamento limpio, cocina bien equipada, camas cómodas, calefacción funciona bien, bien iluminado, wc limpio. Entrada autónoma de manera perfecta. Buena calidad precio.

Lo único malo que ya sabíamos es que es un 4o sin ascensor y solo un lavabo.

Centralt och nära tågstationen. Var mkt rent och fräscht samt allt som man önskade fanns.

Man ska vara medveten om att det är 4:e vån utan hiss. En hel del trafik dygnet runt men god effekt av att stänga fönstren.
