Everything. From the communication of the host , to the regular checking in if we needed any help. If I could give this place a 30/10 I would. The host went over and above to ensure we were comfortable. Even helping us plan the next part of our trip with advice. Definitely referring this accommodation to friends moving forward.

Best place to stay when visiting Cinque terre!

The owner Etleva was so kind and thoughtful and patient, gave us all the information we need to visit Cinque terre and La Spezia. I never met such a warm welcome. The apartment was clean and had everything you need in it and around it, including the train station 2 minutes by foot. Don’t hesitate!

It is a new apartment but in an old building so the elevator has space for three persons.

We had a perfect time staying and visiting the Cinque Terre.

The hosts of the property were very accomodating. They gave great directions for arrival and greeted us in the street and showed us the way to our room. They provided very helpful recommendations for the area. The property is located about 3 mins walk from the train station. A short train journey and you are in the cinque Terre. 10 mins on the train to Rio Maggiore and 25 mins to Monterosso on train. It is spectacular to see and then return back to La Spezia where there are lots of options for food and a small supermarket 50 metres from the front of the accomodation. The apartment was very clean, AC was brilliant and it comfortably accommodated our family of 4. We would highly recommend if you are looking to stay and visit Cinque Terre.

If you’re looking for a stay that feels both elegant and personal, this is the place.

An absolute gem! This suite strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The rooms are spotless and beautifully designed, with cozy beds that feel like clouds. The staff are warm, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every detail — from the decor to the service — is top-notch.The location is peaceful yet convenient, also strategic near both train station and all other Servaeses. Highly recommended — you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing property, amazing host

It is the perfect place to stay when visiting Cinque Terre. The property is a short walk away from both the train station and the port, so you can easily reach all the villages by train or by ferry. The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern and clean. Etleva is a wonderful host. She was always available and kindly answered all of our questions. She even showed us the safest and cheapest place to park our car, just 2 minutes away from the property. The tips and tricks she provided have made our vacation even better.

It was very comfortable and was very close to the station. The host was super interactive and helped us even off her working hours. It was big enough to host a group as big as ours, and we were quite thrilled.

The best stay experience ever! The hostess was very enthusiastic and introduced us to many local tips and recommended great restaurants. The following points are worth recommending: 1. Excellent location: It's very close to the train station, and it's very convenient to go to any of the Cinque Terre villages. 2. Very comfortable room: The best stay experience ever, with a spacious living room and a kitchen to cook your own meals. The room is also very comfortable and spacious. 3. Room cleanliness: Very clean. It's very satisfying to have such a clean room for a non-hotel type of accommodation.

The kindness of Etleva and his husband was just incredible from first to last minute: they were not only available anytime during our stay but they also gave many tips about best plans and visits. We highly recommend them.

The soundproofing of appartements is not very good and the bed was not very comfortable.

Nice comfortable room - a little small but excellent host's.

Location close to train station. Etleva's husband met us in the foyer of the building on time. Clearly explained building and room facilities and made us feel very welcome. An excellent bottle of Italian Red wine was very thoughtful.

Room was quite small but no complaints as the size was clearly given so we knew beforehand. Its on the 5th floor so 128 steps or use the small elevator.

Great location very near train station. The hosts were amazing. Communication was fantastic the hosts were welcoming and gave us lots of tips. On the hosts suggestion we had dinner at Nana which was only 3min walk away and the best restaurant I went to in Italy! They also gave me a free bottle of wine on arrival!!! Thank you so much.

The bed was two mattress with a gap in the middle - my only complaint!

The hostess, Etleva, is both friendly and professional. She really gave us fantastic tips both for La Spezia and enjoying the Cinque Terre. Thanks to her we even managed to book a table at Nessun Dorma in Manarola without any hassle at all. Inconceivable! If we ever travel these parts of Italy again, we will come back to Cinque Terre Bridge without a doubt

The mattress of the sofa bed was a bit hard for our liking. But apart from that, there is really nothing that could have been better. :)

Perfect place to stay near train in La Spezia!

This property met all of our needs. We were looking for a convenient air conditioned property close to the train station for our visit to Cinque Terre. Easy walk to train, clean, updated studio apartment for my family to stay. Etleva, the owner met us upon arrival, gave us great suggestions for planning our days, and went above and beyond in holding our luggage after check out us as we wanted to spend the last day at the beach in Monterroso. She was so nice that I felt as if she were a friend when we left!
