Appartement confortable, très propre, bien équipé. Très bon contact avec le gestionnaire, très arrangeant. Très bien placé, places de stationnement dans les rues environnantes.

Excellent location - 5 mvs inutes walk from La Spezia Centrale station. Probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on outside of my home. Large, spacious bedrooms with lots of natural light.
There was some noise from neighbouring apartments late into the night, but that cannot be controlled.
