About this apartment rental
Comfortable newly renovated apartment, very spacious and equipped with everything, central and ideal for families. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, living room, bathroom and kitchen. There is a private terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner under a lovely gazebo. Apt ideal for trips to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Sarzana, a 6-minute walk from the central station and in the immediate vicinity of all major means of communication. Market and pharmacy under the house. Paid private parking is available upon reservation.

We had a great stay here. Can't recommend this place enough. I was there to celebrate my birthday and Patricia left some treats and a note for me. So very sweet. The terraza was a great way to sip wine and enjoy every afternoon. We made a point to spend a couple hours each day there. Daniele helped check us in and gave us great recommendations for food and day trips. We will absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Daniele was very kind to welcome us and explain the property to us. We really enjoyed the little attention at check-in. It is a lovely place very close to restaurants, 10 mins to the train station and ferries. Unfortunately the free parking at Piazza d’Armi is under construction, so it’s more difficult to find a free parking spot. Thanks again !
