Perfect place to stay with a family when visiting Chinque Terra or La Specia

It is just 5-10 min by bus from the historic centre or train station where you can get to Chinque Terre in 5-10 min train. Flat is great, there was everything we needed including cooking ware, dishes, kids stuff, etc. Hosts are super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Perfect place

The place is perfect. If booking had a rating of 12, I would give it a 12. The apartment is sunny, with its own design. Everything is very comfortable for both short and long stays. Exceptional cleanliness. One of the things I care about is cleanliness and bath towels. Friendly hosts. They welcomed us. They accommodated us. Very precise instructions to find the place and self check in . They gave us useful information about places to eat, guided us how to book tickets for Cinque terre. You are exceptional! Thank you!

Exceptional

A beautiful two room apartment on the fourth floor; there is a lift. Good bathroom with shower. Matteo met us to hand over the keys and he is able to provide advice regarding local restaurants and visits in the area including the Cinque Terre. It is about a 15 minute walk to La Spezia station and just five minutes walk to Spezia football stadium. I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed.

Everything is ok.

The Host Matteo is very friendly considerate and helpful. The location of the house is very convenient, 500 meter to the supermarket coop and 15 min on foot to the La Spezia central Station for hiking in Cinque Terra.

Superb

Beautiful new and clean apartment!

Not sure about the area at night.. But good because 15 minutes walking to the train station and 20 minutes walking to the centre. I just didn't like to walk back home at night but was a personal feeling.

Fantastic apartment great location

From meeting the owners Matteo and Andrea they made us feel very welcome and quickly checked us into the apartment as soon as we entered it was beautiful spacious and clean. It’s in a great location on the doorstep to the cinque terre great value for money we will definitely stay again.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie so eine gute Ausstattung, erstklassig. Matteo und Andrea sind super hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock und die Aussicht als auch das Umfeld ist Italien pur. 20 m entfernt ist eine Ladestation. Super spitzenmäßige Wohnung.

Logement très spacieux et très lumineux avec une très jolie décoration. De nombreux équipements et un emplacement idéal entre gare et centre ville. Les hôtes sont avenants et disponibles pour toutes questions

Apartamento agradabilíssimo! Quartos espaçosos, pé direito alto, cozinha equipada, climatizado, lençóis e toalhas de excelente qualidade... vista bonita. Apartamento muito bem decorado. Bairro familiar. Silencioso. Estacionamento fácil. Agradecemos o Vinho, café, águas que o anfitrião nos presenteou. Indico ir a Portovenere, imperdível!

Apartamento um pouco distante da estação para quem não gosta de ir pé. Para nós foi tranquilo.

Petit sejour

Tout :-). Je pense que tout a été deja dit. Bel appartement vraiment magnifique,proche du bus (200m), supermarché à proximité. Ideal pour notre sejour de 5 jours à La Spezia et au 5 terres. Je mettrais 11 sur 10 si je pouvais. Au dela de nos attentes.

Rien...on cherche encore :-).. on regrette de ne pas rencontré nos hôtes mais ils avaient une bonne excuse.

L appartement est très joliment décoré avec de beaux volumes et très lumineux. Les literies sont très confortable et l appartement est très bien équipé.

J ai moins apprécié le quartier mais proche de la gare à pied ce qui est tout de même pratique pour les visites de cinque terre

Séjour au top !

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits avec un enfant de 2 ans et l'appartement était au top. Lit pour bébé, chaise pour bébé, la cuisine était plus qu'équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien lors de ce séjour. L'hôte était toujours disponible pour les informations, pour les sorties, etc... Belle décoration, bel emplacement pour visiter les 5 terres avec un parking public gratuit juste en face. Et le petit plus, un petit cadeau qui nous attendait dans le frigo. (Bouteille de vin) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

C’était génial ! Nous avons pu créer de merveilleux souvenirs dans ce magnifique appartement.

L’appartement était incroyable. On n’y retrouvait toutes les fournitures nécessaires. De plus l’appartement était très bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter les cinq Terre mais également Pise. Le personnel est très aimable et très attentionné. Merci pour tout encore rien à redire cet appartement il est génial. Je le conseille vivement.

Super séjour à La Spezia

L’accueil des propriétaires a été très apprécié. le logement est propre et très fonctionnel. On s’y sent vraiment bien. L’appartement est à 15min à pied de la gare qui permet d’aller visiter les cinq terres facilement. Il y a un parking gratuit en bas de l’immeuble.
