Super Apartment :-)

5-star apartment in a central location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from a supermarket. Beautifully new and clean, it has 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a toilet. They welcomed us with snacks and cold water. I can only recommend it!!

The best apartment and the friendliest host ever

Crystal clear, cozy and modern apartment. Very spacious, the beds are comfortable. We got lucky so parking was easy on the streets. The host is extremely kind and friendly. Location is great. Walking distance from the train station (Monterosso beach is only 20 minutes away by train). There are shops, markets, not to mention the harbour. The atmosphere of La Spezia is extraordinary. Definitely want to come back again.

Comodo appoggio per le 5 Terre

Casa con stanze molto spaziose e luminose, molto pulita. All'interno è presente anche la lavatrice Sono state apprezzate le bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo, i grissini e soprattutto la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. Il bagno è spazioso, così come la doccia. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, quindi molto comodo per chi come noi è arrivata a La Spezia in treno.

Essendo l'appartamento al secondo piano e non essendoci un ascensore, è un po' faticoso con le valigie.

Nos gustó todo. La ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren para poder visitar Cinque Terre, la amabilidad del propietario, la modernidad y comodidad del apartamento, con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. La pena es que solo estuvimos una noche. Muy recomendable.

新しく清潔で広い部屋！駅に近く便利なロケーション！

チェックインの前にチンクェテッレの５つの村を列車で観光しました。夕方時ころにSNSでオーナーに連絡して、建物の玄関の前で待ち合わせしましたが、すぐにオーナーと出会うことができて、鍵の受け渡しはスムーズでした。部屋は、３階にありますが、広い廊下の両側にこれもまた広い部屋やキッチン、バスルームが設置されていました。設備は新しく、各部屋にエアコンが設置されていました。洗濯機があるので、海水浴などの後に水着を選択することも可能で便利です。近くにミニマートがあり便利です。駅にも徒歩５分くらいなので、列車れチンクェテッレを巡るのには最適なロケーションです。街の中心部にも近いので、徒歩でおいしいレストランにアクセスできます。

到着時にホテルの近くに路上駐車できる場所を探しましたが、なかなか見つかりませんでした。事前にオーナーに確認したときには容易に見つかるとの話でしたが、少し離れた場所にようやく駐車可能な場所を発見しました。部屋が３階ですが、エレベーターがないので、スーツケースをもって階段を上る必要があります。

Bellissimo appartamento appena ristrutturato, con tutti i confort possibili, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, perfino in cucina, TV e internet. Il proprietario si è fatto trovare sul posto al nostro arrivo per la consegna delle chiavi e illustrarci l'appartamento. Ci ha fatto trovare nel frigo acqua e coca cola fresche, possibilità di fare il caffè con le capsule a disposizione. Ideale per una famiglia con più figli.

La posizione è centrale a due passi dalla stazione dei treni, ma il quartiere lascia un po' a desiderare, per la presenza di molti stranieri, ma considerando che è così tutta la città, si può anche soprassedere.
