a wonderful time spent at this centrally located apartment

I loved my stay here for many reasons: large open space, walking distance to train station, well insulated with several fans around the apartment and has a balcony looking over the piazza. The host is the most accommodating person, I was welcomed with beverages and fruit on the house! I came across a few troubles with my train while travelling solo, but the host personally made sure I reached the train with plenty time to spare. A very kind man who offers a beautiful home and incredible hospitality. If you’re thinking of booking, this is your sign!!

L’emplacement avec vue sur une belle place; nous avons aussi facilement trouvé une place pour nous garer. Appartement bien décoré, spacieux pour 5 personnes, bien chauffé Cuisine assez bien équipée mais manque quelques équipements

Par contre le lavabo était bouché ! Rajouter un micro-onde serait un plus!

Sul servizio non ci siamo proprio

Sono arrivata alle 15 quando il check in era previsto dalle 14, tra l’altro avendo avvisato dalla mattina l’orario di arrivo e 30 min prima l’orario esatto e la casa non era ancora pronta perché il proprietario ha preferito far fare late check out ai clienti precedenti. A quel punto le pulizie sono state fatte di fretta e male, direi un servizio scadente.

Appena nella media ma comodo

La posizione e' perfetta per la vicinanza alla stazione, bus e supermercato anche se la zona e' tanto caotica a causa della piazza antistante con gente che ascolta musica fino a tarda notte e al normale rumore del traffico. Appartamento grande ma che necessita una importante riorganizzazione.

L'appartamento necessita di una riorganizzazione per meglio poter accogliere gli ospiti. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia e' minima e il miscelatore non funziona bene. Per fortuna era caldo e la doccia fredda poteva andare, ma se si fa la lavatrice o la lavastoviglie non non e' possibile fare la doccia. Mancanza di prese di corrente per la macchina del caffe' per cui era necessario staccare il frigo. Mancanza di forno o micro onde. Stoviglie molto sporche e rovinate. Letto in una camera con doghe mancanti.

La cocina no está bien equipada . No hay microondas y tiene pocos cubiertos . Preguntamos con anterioridad si tenía productos de higiene , nos confirmaron que si disponia y al llegar no tenían. Solo dejaron 3 sobrecitos de gel y éramos 3 personas y con tres noches .

Appartamento spazioso e accogliente in posizione perfetta per le Cinque Terre, con personale disponibile e solo piccoli

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento! La posizione è ottima: perfetta per visitare le Cinque Terre, con collegamenti comodi e veloci per raggiungere tutte le località della zona. L’appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Le camere sono accoglienti e silenziose, ideali per riposarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. Un altro punto a favore è sicuramente il personale, sempre disponibile e pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Dell’appartamento, in realtà, non mi è dispiaciuto nulla: l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Mi permetto solo di dare qualche piccolo consiglio per rendere il soggiorno ancora più perfetto. Sarebbe utile avere lenzuola nuove, un po’ più curate, e un maggiore ordine negli armadietti della cucina. Suggerirei anche di aggiungere qualche tazza in più per la colazione e qualche pentola in più per chi desidera cucinare. Piccoli dettagli che possono fare la differenza, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato davvero ottimo!

L'appartamento è bellissimo, accogliente e la signora che ci ha accompagnato è stata gentilissima. La posizione è centrale e a 5 minuti s piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Tutto perfetto!

Merci à la dame qui nous a accueilli , très gentille .

Le logement est jolie , lumineux et grand avec une vue sur une belle place . Dommage que le soir celle ci se transforme en regroupement de jeune , ce qui est très bruyant et peu rassurant pour ma part avec des enfants . Proche de la gare 3 min à pied et à 15 min à pied du centre .

Quartier peu sécurisant , beaucoup de bruit la nuit . La porte d’entrée est difficile à ouvrir et la douche pas de pression avec variation de températures .
