Spacious and Well Located Apartment

It was a very well located apartment and the hosts were easy to work with. The hosts were very responsive.

I recognize it was quite warm and air conditioning is not standard, however, more fans would have been much appreciated. There was a large patch of mold above the shower.

No A/C. We had the windows open but there was no breeze, so it was a somewhat uncomfortable for sleeping.

Comfortable apartment for my family of 5

Conveniently located by the train station, large apartment, our family of 5 was very comfortable.

Check-in was a little confusing due to language barrier - I suggest connecting via WhatsApp prior to arrival.

Superb

I didn’t book the place from beginning, Booking.com offered me in exchange of last minute cancelled reservation , I didn’t want to stay in La Soezia from beginning but it turned out to be very easy access to train station .

Perfect location, clean and spacious apartment. Everything very close. For family of five, it was just perfect. For price and quality, definitely to go for. Kitchen had everything you need. Parking on front on building for 75 cents per hour from 8.30 to 20.00, other hours free. Only thing I would recommend is to replace the light (or add some additional lights) in the kitchen, since it's quite dark and not easy to cook. We'd definitely come back when in La Spezia 😁

Great stay , perfect for cinque terre visit

Nice location near the station, very nice apartment with all the facilities you would need. The rooms are very comfortable and the overall apartment was very clean. There is also a great bakery in the same building run by a very sweet family, definitely try the onion focaccia. The host was super helpful, addressing all our questions, they arranged for extra table fans on request and were easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this property to others, it's a great base to use for your trip to cinque terre.

Spacious comfortable apartment in city center

The beds are firm but very comfortable and the apartment is spacious with high ceilings and good light. The location is walking distance to center, large supermarket and train station. The hostess is very kind, helped us into the apartment and brought us some missing kitchen utensils, ensuring we felt comfortable.

The location is in the city center and there is no airconditioning so opening up all the windows at night is essential. This was not a problem for us as it cooled off in the evenings but important for renters to know. The bathroom and kitchen are aged and the owner is still working on improvements eg the bathroom door didn’t close well but we are sure these will be solved.

The beds have very firm matresses and pillows. The apartment has no AC Unit and it was very warm. Unfortunately their are also no fans in the apartment to cool it down a little bit.

La ubicación y las camas

No nos gustó muchas cosas. Estaba todo muy viejo,ventiladores había 2 para 3 estancias ,uno de ellos estaba roto y peligroso, el wifi no funcionaba y la TV como es por wifi tampoco. Varias asas de la cocina estaban rotas.era todo muy viejo.

Bom custo benefício.

Apartamento grande, camas confortáveis, com máquina de lavar. Bem perto da estação pra ir pra Cinque Terre. Anfitrião responde rápido.

Poderia deixar um entendedor de roupas já que tem a opção de usar a lavadora.

Apartamento grande, limpo e próximo a estação de trem

Apartamento maior do que esperávamos, antigo, mas com tudo limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é boa para quem vai para a estação de trem. Internet funcionava bem. Anfitrião nos enviou todas as informações necessárias e nos ajudou com as dúvidas.

Os arredores da acomodação não é tão legal a noite, durante o dia é tranquilo. Saímos a noite e vimos alguns usuários de droga e uma mulher entrou batendo com a bengala na mesa do dono do restaurante. (Claro que isso não é problema da acomodação, é só um fato ocorrido ao redor que ajuda a entender o entorno a noite) O box do chuveiro é meio complicado de se fechar

Solo che si trova abbastanza centrale

Struttura carente, cucina vecchia e decadente non si può cucinare neanche un uovo, per non dire del bagno vecchio e mal funzionante. Per quello che chiedono non ne vale la pena.

Très bien

Appartement spacieux, avec possibilité de loger jusqu'à 7 personnes. Tout le nécessaire y est (toilette, sac poubelle...) Bien placé pour le prix, place de parking dans la rue trouvée assez facilement et gratuit la nuit. Les instructions du propriétaire vous permettent de récupérer la clé sans problème.

Uniquement ventilateur, pas de clim. Pas de micro-onde malgré une cuisine bien équipée. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas.
