Brand new, highly comfortable apartment with luxurious finishes and excellent amenities.

The entire apartment felt brand new. The stunning marble-effect finishes throughout created a truly exclusive and luxurious atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we highly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a wide variety of complimentary drinks stocked in the fridge.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower cabin tends to leak water onto the floor when the door is opened. It's a small detail, but guests should remember to use an extra towel on the floor to quickly wipe the area and keep their feet dry.

Perfect place for a visit to the Cinque Terre surroundings

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to train station and not too far from all the main streets in La Spezia. We had all the necessities needed, and it was exactly as described on the photos. There is a supermarket around the corner and a laundromat opposite it. The staff were very friendly and very supportive, quick to communicate.

The apartment was a little bit on the colder side, but it has airconditioning to warm it a little.

The property looks exactly like on photos, it is very comfortable and very clean. The balcony it is also very nice . With in 10-15min walk you can reach the center of Spezia with all the restaurants, shops abd everything you may need . I was there with my wife we really enjoyed it

Bien mais un peu cher

Emplacement au top pour prendre le train pour les cinqueterre. Quartier populaire mais très tranquille. Appartement dans une rue piétonne au calme. La terrasse est indispensable! Matelas de qualité et linge de maison frais. Logement très propre et décoration soignée. Le parking proposé (dans la rue) est un vrai plus. Mélissa et son mari sont très agréables et serviables.

Frigo beaucoup trop petit (3 bouteilles d’eau et il est plein). La configuration de l’appartement n’est pas top à plusieurs: la cuisine, les toilettes et la douche sont dans un même couloir (qui donne sur l’entrée). Lorsque vous sortez de la douche vous êtes directement dans l’appartement. Vous vous séchez aux yeux de tout le monde… S’il ne fait pas beau et que vous ne pouvez pas utiliser la terrasse, il n’y a aucun endroit dans l’appartement pour vous attabler.

Soggiorno oltre alle mie aspettative, host gentile e premurosa, non potevo trovare di meglio!

Appartamento nuovo con due camere da letto e in ognuna c'è la TV. Arredato con gusto, molto pulito, letti stra comodi. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di La Spezia. A 2 minuti dall'appartamento si trova la fermata del BUS, bar, supermercato, pizzeria, giornalaio tutto a portata di mano. Consiglio abbonamento settimanale ai mezzi di trasporto al costo di 14 euro per girare in completa libertà.

Appartamento super consigliato

Appartamento bellissimo e ben arredato, c’è tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro e con mezz’oretta di camminata si arriva anche al porto. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e pronti ad aiutare i propri ospiti. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Non è stato un soggiorno, ma una esperienza vissuta!

Sono arrivata alla stazione della città e mi sono resa conto che la mia prenotazione (da un’altra struttura ) era stata “cambiata”, ho cercato e trovato alba vera, BELLISSIMO posto, ho prenotato, contattato la hostess e lei moltissimo gentile, solare e disponibile è venuta a prendermi in stazione, una accoglienza che io non ho MAI ricevuto precedentemente. La location è vicina alla stazione, 4 min a piedi, quartiere tranquillissimo senza agitazione e con tutte le comodità che un viaggiatore possa necessitare, tabacchi, supermercato, bar & ristoranti, ai quali lei mi ha presentato nel percorso mentre caminavamo al appartamento, La struttura è nuovissima, piano terra, ingresso indipendente, arredamenti nuovi e dí assoluta raffinatezza, mi sono sentita in un albergo di lusso, asciugamani nuove, lenzuola che sembrano seta, tutto abbinato con i colori e atmosfera scelta per la figlia, Fidatevi, mi sono sentita non come una ospite, ma come se fossi una star dalla TV, lei è molto premurosa e sa curare nei piccoli dettagli, ambiente pulitissimo con piantine, kit di benvenuto, e soprattutto disponibile a eventuali richieste, È stata una bellissima esperienza e il il costo è veramente basso per il livello del appartamento! GRAZIE 1000
