Great place.....pity about the effort to climb there.

All in all this has been the BEST equipped apartment/room we've stayed in so for on our extended holiday. The apartment was roomy, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen facilities 1st class. Even had a sauna, which we didn't use. But there is a catch... read what we didn't like. The owners were helpful, but not on site, as they run a business out of town.

While this was the best accommodation we've encountered to date for comfort etc, it is by far the WORST we've encountered for actually getting there without killing yourself with exertion. I mean that seriously. Even without luggage it is an effort if you're not young and fit. The walk from the station was nice and flat UNTIL you hit the street where the apartment is....Then its all up hill, and quite steep!! WORSE STILL, when you get to the apartment building, then you have 4 levels (8 flights) to climb to the apartment, as THERE IS NO LIFT.. This was not an enjoyable experience with 2 heavy suitcases and other bags at our age. Don't be fooled either...you cannot catch a taxi to the front door!!. You have to walk the steep hill and then climb 4 levels. Sooooo.... the lesson is...if you have light luggage, then this is your place.. If you have heavy luggage and you are not young and fit, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Pleasant

Very clean apartment,easy to get to the train station.

We arrived sunday afternoon,the apartment is situated in the hill,you need to climb so many stairs..in the building no elevator(we had a pushchair and was very hard)in the apartment very hot,at first we didn't have any air con at 38°!!! We been told to let the windows open to ventilate some air! Finally we received the remote for air con and have a decent temperature in the room.The kitchen sink had serious problems,every time we washed laundry or dishes it got full of water,a major problem with the pipes,no working vacuum so we struggle to clean,very tiny bathtube. As we arrived in sunday afternoon,just out of courtesy leave a bottle of water at list in the fridge,all the shops were closed but it would've been nice to be able to drink water at list.

The most amazing apartment in La Spezia!

This apartment is fantastic! It is a great location, is wonderfully clean, and is very well appointed. This apartment is of high standard and I would 100 percent recommend this as a place to stay.

We loved everything! The owner gave me a suggestion of a memorable place to go (Portovenere) and it was beyond my expectation.

Fantastic apartment and host

All possible facilities and comfort expected was available. Our host Andrea was really helpful and gave some good guidance regarding our trip. Close to train station ( remember to use the stairs/ lift outside the station for a quicker walking route)

Absence of lift. The apartment is on the 4th floor, so it can be a bit of a challenge for some, if you have heavy luggage.

Nice and very helpful host, clean, quite and well equipped apartment. Close to bus station and to the train station. Big Coop supermarket in 5 min walk.

Although it is written in the booking page in comments before reservation, you should be aware of the stairs need to be taken to get to the apartment. Especially if you come with a baby or kids.

You can find everything you need. Apartment is modern, clean and really nice.

Unfortunately the sink in the kitchen was blocked and we couldn’t use it.. All of water was standing in the sink, we couldn’t also use dishwasher and washing machine because a drain between was connected. We said the host about it, but she didn’t do anything with that and was explaining for three days that hydraulics couldn’t come.. We paid for use all the apartment also for the kitchen, so I think it was really unfair and the host should have refunded us part of the money.

Lovely apartment if you don't mind the stairs. Location & equipment is superb.

Very well equipped apartment in a great location (especially if you come by train). Super hot in July, but really well air conditioning (including humidifier).

4th floor is a bit demanding to get your luggage to upon arrival, but you do get lovely breakfasts on the terrace to compensate for it.

The location was perfect for me. Very close to the main train station and also to supermarkets. The apartment is modern with alot of provided things in the kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable. Also the balcony is great with a good view.

It would have been a 10 rating with wifi. It wasn’t ideal but not the end of the world so I managed just fine.

Rare place to find...

An amazing apartment that it is really difficult to find. Everything is new, so comfortable, clean. Apartment is full of everything You might need. After tiring trips it was such a pleasure to have lunch and dinner in the balcony looking at the mountains. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, very quiet place. Felt like at home. So if You are ok with climbing up to this house, You will find really special place.

Would definitely recommend!

The place was very spacious, clean and modern. Everything was in excellent condition. There was a rooftop terras we didn't know of and it was a very nice surprise!

There were a lot of stairs leading up to the apartment outside. Inside the building the apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator.

Wundervoll um die Cinque Terre zu besichtigen

Alles war bestens. Die Lage war super, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, wo der Cinque Terre Express alle 30 Minuten abfährt. Wir konnten in der Küche kochen und der Kühlschrank war super. Die kleine Sauna (bis 65°C) hat uns abends ein bisschen gewärmt.

Leider darf man in La Spezia nur zwischen November und April heizen und uns war nachts im Oktober etwas kalt. Die Gewürze waren aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit fest, man müsste sie wahrscheinlich mit einem Messer oder so auflockern, das haben wir nicht probiert. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu weich.

Fantastisk flot lejlighed med god beliggenhed, som vi gerne vil besøge igen.

Dejlig og flot indrettet lejlighed med alt hvad vi skulle bruge og den fungerede som en god base for vores ferie i Cinque Terre. Der var rent og pænt. Vi nød altanen og udsigten derfra.

Der manglede måske en toiletspand samt en beskrivelse af hvordan vi kunne komme af med vores madaffald og restaffald.

Das Badezimmer roch etwas schimmlig und der Abfluss, vor allem mit der Abwaschmaschiene zusammen, ist nicht gut abgeflossen.

L’apartement est moderne avec toutes les commodités, la localisation est parfaite pour visiter les cinques terre, les commerces à proximité, la gentillesse d’Andrea. La montée des marches se fait bien malgré notre âge avancée. Bref, nous recommandons!

Parfait au delà de nos attentes

Appartement au top d'une grande qualité. Spacieux, propre, tres calme, super bien équipé et idéalement situé. Vue très sympa sur le balcon. La gare à 5mn, supérette à 2 mn ainsi qu'une bonne pizza à emporter. Le sauna après une journée randonnée un vrai luxe. Il faut monter la rue pour accéder au logement et les 4 étages, alors oui ça monte mais c'est précisé dans le descriptif et pour nous ce n'était pas un souci. Andrea n'était pas disponible à notre heure d'arrivée mais nous avait donné toutes les infos et nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Elle répond dès qu'elle le peut à la moindre question et nous sommes passés la voir au snack charmant où elle travaille sur une randonnée. Je recommande à 1000 % ce logement.

Vraiment histoire de mettre quelque chose, la fixation de la poire de douche mérite d'être changé 🤣
