Struttura attrezzata bene, C’era tutto di cui hai bisogno tranne il microonde , difronte alla stazione molto comodo, ristoranti, negozi, supermercato, tutto raggiungibile a piedi , facendo la passeggiata arrivi anche al porto .

Un bagno solo per ospitare 7 persone , porta del bagno non si chiudeva a chiave quindi si doveva fare a turni e avvertire ogni volta a tutti che c’era qualcuno in bagno per non farti sorprendere seduto al wc o alla doccia dagli altri e dover fare in fretta se qualcun altro voleva entrare. La tavoletta wc era rotta , non funzionava bene l’condizionatore del salotto ma c’era un ventilatore di aiuto, cigolio porta. Il divano letto sì separava un pezzo quindi non serviva come letto aperto se qualcuno vuole dormire in due sarebbe difficile. Noi non l’abbiamo potuto aprire ma uno solo ci dorme come un letto a una piazza. Altre cose non importanti se hai poche cose con te . Niente ascensore, la ringhiera delle scale rotta traballante quindi si deve fare attenzione a salire, crepe ovunque anche nel appartamento(dipinte sopra) Poco tempo la mattina per uscire essendo in 7 e avendo un bagno solo se si tiene conto che torni la sera tardi e ti devi alzare la mattina presto a preparare le cose e ai bambini e fare turno per entrare in bagno. Chiederei piccoli lavori di manutenzione come olio alle porte, sistemare porta bagno, condizionatore e divani, un ora in più per uscire senza dover far entrare la pulizia mentre finiamo di prepararci. Leider hatte es in der gesamten Wohnung einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Apartment is much older than in the photos

The location is fabulous - stone's throw from the station and an easy walk into town, and everything you'd need close by. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The living room was very comfortable with two slepper couches that can accommodate more guests, or used for a nice movie night. We appreciated the smart TV for some relaxation at home after a day's exploring.

After staying at the apartment for 3 nights, myself and my friends felt it was necessary to highlight some critical issues that need to be addressed. Primary items that must be professionally addressed immediately: 1.⁠ ⁠The living room air conditioner does not work. We spoke to the owner about this and it appeared he was aware. He asked us to turn it off at the DB and wait a few minutes and turn it on again. This did not fix the problem. 2.⁠ ⁠The toilet is not fixed to the floor and the toilet seat is completely loose from the toilet. We were advised to try fix it ourselves, but it didn't work and requires professional attention. 3.⁠ ⁠The apartment stinks of sewage after the shower is used. 4.⁠ ⁠The electricity trips when the oven is turned on. Some items that were unpleasant but are smaller in nature: 1.⁠ ⁠The walls are dirty and the paint is old. Old squashed mosquitos, general dirt and chipped paint. 2.⁠ ⁠The kitchen cabinets do not close properly. The freezer door does not fully close. 3.⁠ ⁠The kitchen tap drops constantly 4.⁠ ⁠Chipped plaster is falling from the ceiling above the stove
