fantastic apartment in La Spezia

we had the whole apartment to ourselves which was fantastic for the price we paid! the apartment is wonderful, charmingly decorated and even had a full stocked kitchen to allow us to cook. bedroom was great and comfortable, bathroom modern and good shower pressure. location was really good and close to the station and close to some bars and supermarkets.

Chouette séjour en Ligurie

Appartement très bien équipé. Volets et moustiquaires aux fenêtres de toutes les pièces de vie. Équipement cuisine au top. Appartement propre. 20 min à pieds de la gare et bus à 100 mètres. La Spezia est central par rapport à plusieurs lieux (Pise, Gênes, 5 Terre). La pizzeria à côté est très bonne. Draps, nécessaire de toilette et essuies fournis. Sèche-cheveux efficace et petit plus, il y a un diffuseur pour les cheveux bouclés. Plein de rangements dans l'appartement. Idéal pour deux ou trois personnes.

Quartier qui peut paraître insecure le soir en tant que filles car pas touristique. Pas de matériel de nettoyage à disposition à part un balais, compliqué en cas de séjour plus long. Un petit plus serait de mettre à disposition quelques jeux de société pour les jours pluvieux😊

Très bel appartement, calme, bien situé comme point de départ d'excursions

L'appartement est très agréable, refait avec goût, dans un style actuel. Il est calme. Très propre. Il est situé à 20 min à pieds de la gare de la Spezia centrale (idéal pour visiter les cinque terre) et à 10 min du bus pour visiter porto venere.

Ce sont des détails mais nous aurions apprécié un chiffon pour la vaisselle, un plat pour aller au four ou du papier sulfurisé pour mettre sur la plaque, des verres à vin et une cafetière.

La Soezia jest pięknie otwarta na morze, wycieczka na Cinque Terre jest pełna wrażeń na promie.

Czysty, dobrze wyposażony.

Niełatwy dojazd i parkowanie. Najbliższy parking ok. 800 metrów. Duże nasilenie hałasu z zewnątrz od przejeżdżających nieopodal pociągów i dużego psa sąsiada z sąsiedztwa. Przy wysokich temperaturach i braku klimatyzacji bardzo uciążliwe.

Propietario que tiene buenos detalles con el cliente.

La cama muy comoda. El baño que tenía de todo. Las almohadas extras que nos dejó. Que nos invitó a un desayuno en el bar de abajo. Que también nos dejó cosas de desayuno en la casa.

Saltaban los plomos al poner el horno. Un poco lejos de la estación.

Appartamento molto bello e moderno, attrezzato di tutto il necessario, con il ventilatore in camera (un plus nelle giornate calde d'estate). Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, sempre reperibile via Whatsapp, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze in merito agli orari di check-in. Soggiorno molto piacevole e super consigliato!!
