Parfait pour visiter les 5 Terre
Appartement très confortable pour une famille. Bien placé par rapport à la gare (donc pratique pour aller aux Cinq Terre en train). Une excellente pizzeria à 50m de l'appartement ! (nous y avons mangé 2 soirs dans la semaine).
J'avais cru comprendre sur booking qu'il y avait 2 chambres en plus du salon/cuisine, alors que non il y a une seule chambre et une sorte d’alcôve dans l'entrée. Un petit peu loin du centre ville et du port (une grosse demi-heure à pied), mais bon ce n’était pas très gênant.

Bellissimo weekend
Casa pulitissima e accogliente, molto ben attrezzata e con tutto l'occorrente. Posizione comoda per raggiungere la stazione (10 minuti a piedi). Host molto gentili e solleciti nel rispondere alle richieste. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la consigliamo.
Tutto benissimo, aggiungerei solo il collegamento del televisore all'antenna per poter vedere i canali nazionali (nel nostro caso ne avremmo avuto bisogno per vedere una partita a cui tenevamo).

Un séjour a la Spezia
L'appartement est à 15 min a pieds de la gare. Appartement calme. Chambre spacieuse, cuisine salon agréable Wifi Spacieux pour nous 5.et ensoleillée. Machine à laver et sèche linge très pratique
Il manque un cahier avec les instructions des appareils, couchages; la gestion des ordures. Mise a disposition l'alèse de lit pour les lits canapés pour une mesure d'hygiène. Un plan de la ville avec des indications comme la gare, les restaurants, les bars, le port... Au niveau équipements la bouilloire mériterait d'être détartrée, une chaise dont l'assise était déjà cassée, que 4 mugs, il manque de la vaisselle pas suffisant pour faire 2 services, la cafetière italienne pour 1 tasse alors que nous étions 5. Un poêlon qui a été très utilisé et mal entretenu. Stationnement dans la rue, attention au ligne bleue au sol car réservée aux résidents. Manque un fond d'huile d'olive pour la cuisine.

Super séjour !
L’appartement étais très propre et fonctionnel. La localisation était idéale 15min de la gare, 20min du centre et 30min du port, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Je recommande.
