La cucina super accessoriata , il proprietario molto gentile. Nota di merito: Accettano cani e non è richiesto un supplemento.
Non è una casa da affittare nei mesi freddi a parere mio, ci sono due pompe di calore una in cucina e una in sala ma il bagno resta molto freddo purtroppo. Si trova un po' in periferia per raggiungere il centro ci vuole circa 30 minuti a piedi.

Appartement correct propre lumineux tres bonne literie. Cuisine et salle de bain correcte. Emplacement tres bien rue calme.
Beaucoup de problème pour se garer . Douche un peu petite. Manque d ustensile de cuisson . Pas trop aimer des bols en plastique pour le petit déjeuner.

Mooi en lichtriijk appartement!
Enorm netjes, geen opmerkingen hierover. Ruime kamer, voldoende plaats. Alles ging per chat maar alles was duidelijk en het ging vlot. 1,6 km van het station en 2,6 km van het centrum/haven. Vlotte en gemakkelijke busverbinding. Rustige buurt. Supermarkt op voetafstand.
Het enige wat we misten was een gezellige zithoek maar dat wisten we op voorhand. De matrassen van de bedden waren voor ons beiden veel te hard. Gelukkig maar 3 nachtjes. Een tip: misschien een fles water voorzien? ;-)

Accogliente, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort, ben organizzata, funzionale e praticamente nuova. Vicina alla stazione, al centro ed a pochi km. dalle meravigliose spiagge 🏖️ di Porto Venere, Lerici ed alle 5 Terre.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix !
L’appartement était super charmant et fonctionnel. Tout était neuf et d’une propreté impeccable. Il se trouve à environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare ou à 9 minutes en bus, dans un quartier résidentiel avec quelques restaurants charmants et un supermarché à proximité. L’hôte était très disponible et gentil.
