Tranquillité

L'emplacement était parfait car en retrait de la ville, en hauteur. Emplacement tranquille avec un jardin, parfait pour se reposer. Pas de bruit, le repos. Parfait avec notre chien Notre hôte nous a aider à porter les bagages, nous a envoyé des petits conseils d'endroits à visiter, et également pour nous faciliter la vie pour garer la voiture, utiliser le train.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine!

L'accueil du propriétaire était fabuleux, serviable, de bon conseils, présent si nécessaire. Un manque de café: un coup de téléphone et voilà le café était là : GRAZIE MARCELLO ! Studio très propre et lumineux. Quartier très tranquille, besoin de la voiture pour aller à La Spezia (15 mm env.).

Oltre le aspettative!

Rapporto qualitá-prezzo eccellente. Il proprietario é stato gentilissimo: si é preoccupato di darci tutte le informazioni su parcheggi, ristoranti, spiagge e paesi da visitare. La colazione inclusa era molto varia e abbondante, l'appartamento pulito e con vista direttamente sul golfo. Sono stata in vacanza con amici e la posizione strategica ci ha permesso di visitare con facilitá il Golfo dei Poeti. Se dovessimo ritornare in questa zona ci piacerebbe alloggiare di nuovo qui!

Logement idéale , Hôte parfait , vue magnifique

Logement idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la mer. Le logement correspondait complètement à nos attentes pour un couple et un enfant. L'hôte Marcello a été parfait. Il s'est rendu très disponible et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Beaucoup d'informations vous sont communiqués à votre arrivée. Tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner dans le logement . Le logement est très bien équipé ( café dosettes > fourni par Marcello > Merci encore :-) ) , petit four , machine à laver , projecteur TV , réfrigérateur avec congélateur . L'espace extérieur est top avec plusieurs endroits ou se poser. Merci encore à Marcello pour nous avoir fait profiter de sa magnifique région et de sa mignonne petite chienne Nina avec qui ma fille s'est beaucoup amusée.

Rien tout été parfait . Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j'y retournerai sans hésitation pour un futur périple en Italie.

Leuk huisje iets hoger in de bergen

Een rustige locatie. Prima keuken en badkamer. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse tripjes. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je het goed hebt. Hij wil vanalles voor je doen. Soms was het lastig, want wij spreken geen italiaans en de eigenaar geen engels. De koffie was erg lekker.

Behoorlijk wat trapjes op, voor je bij het huisje bent. Goed voor de bilspieren dat dan wel..... Het ontbijt bestaat uit houdbare beschuitjes, croissantjes en beleg. Daarnaast melk en yoghurt.

Ottimo e rilassante

Posizione collinare appena fuori il centro di La Spezia. In pochi minuti si arriva in stazione da dove si prende il comodo treno per le Cinque terre. Casa ristrutturata di recente, pulita, accogliente. Colazione buona, alla casalinga. Vista sulla città bellissima. In camera niente TV ma un comodo proiettore che consente di vedere tutti i canali con il telefono.

Unico neo il parcheggio ma è una caratteristica della città, non di questa struttura.

Vista e posizione top

La casa si trova in mezzo alla natura, molto vicina a La Spezia (6 minuti di auto dalla stazione) e con una vista dall’alto della città e del mare molto bella. Colazione inclusa che non è scontata quando affitti una casa. L’host Marcello è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e si è assicurato che tutto fosse ok dall’inizio alla fine. Ci ha dato consigli utili per il soggiorno e tutte le informazioni necessarie.

l'estrema precisione ed ospitalità del Sig. Marcello, la comodità del letto e la presenza di una buona varietà di prodotti per la colazione e il fatto che la casa è ben accessoriata (ci sono anche le zanzariere il che non è frequente). Il parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze della casa

La posizione forse troppo defilata rispetto al centro ma, se l'obbiettivo è visitare le 5 terre come era il mio, va bene uguale tanto in 5/6 minuti si raggiunge la stazione in auto.

Perfekt und jederzeit wieder.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt und gut ausgestattet. WLAN und Beamer über WLAN. Die Lage ist ideal um z. Bsp. Cinque Terre zu besichtigen. Wir haben das per Roller gemacht. Der Vermieter ist super lieb und beantwortet alle Fragen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es gab nichts. Nur der Fussweg zur Unterkunft ist etwas beschwerlich, aber auch da hilft der Vermieter.

Marcello is the kindest host I have ever met. He was so attentive to all the details and was extremely generous. The place is at an excellent location, very close to the La Foce bus station and the view is superb!! I would recommend this place a zillion times. Thank you Marcello.

Best host ever - absolutely worth it

Marcello, the host, is absolutely welcoming: he was ready to help us with every request, suggested places to visit and eat, helped us with our luggage and even offer our dog some treats. The apartment is super well equiped. We stayed only for three nights but the apartment has everything you need for a plesant long stay. Breakfast was included in the room which was a great plus! There is absolutely nothing to mention - it exceeded our expectations. It is SO worthy for the price. Will come back for sure! Thanks Marcello!

Amazing stay for perfect vacation in Cinque terre

It was an amazing stay, we really like the quiet and pastoral apartment. The apartment is very clear, a fully equipped nice kitchen, clean and modern shower with enough towels, comfortable bedroom with projector that you can connect and see whatever you like or enjoy some music which makes the atmosphere very special. We like the breakfast with the sound of the birds and nice garden to enjoy the nature. Marcello is very kind host, taking care of all the small details and guest needs. We strongly recommend!

The space and the facility in general. Very nice and quiet overall. Loved the garden and landscape and it’s out of the city which makes it nice to have a relaxing time.

The stairs to go up to the house don’t make it too easy to leave and come back especially with groceries. You can hear a little bit the other flat through the wall but nothing too bad.

Very nice host, we especially liked the WhatsApp contact with the host! Perfect location for staying overnight to see Cinque Terre and the surrounding area, though feasible to have a car. It is located in a quiet area in the nature next to La Spezia. Only 10 minutes by car to the city center! Big clean and newly renovated apartment!

Breakfast was a bit simple maybe due to Corona but also with some gimmicks like freshly prepared dessert.

Great Stay with a great host

Marcello was a super kind host, that picked us up at the central station is la spezia and drove us up. The appartment is hard to reach but Marcello took us everywhere we wanted. The View you could enjoy from the hills was breathtaking. Just for that already worth going. The Price is the best you can find in La Spezia.

Nothing. We were super satisfied. If you arrive by public Transport you should make sure to arrange a pick up with Marcello in advance though or check out the bus routes to the appartment.
