KOMODO La Spezia & Cinque Terre

Lots of space, big kitchen, great location... we booked very short notice (which also worked out well) and Roberto was super kind!! No complaints from our side. We'd be happy to be back :)

Close (less than 15 min walk) to the central train station,and also a 15 min walk to downtown (the market, restaurants, the port). We were able to comfortably sleep 5 in this 3 bedroom apartment. Liked the 2 balconies, and the colorful decor. Appreciated the supply of some kitchen staples ie: salt, spices, sugar, vinegar, olive oil, and coffee.

The apartment is very big so very comfortable for our group. It is exactly like the pictures, colorful and with big windows that let the air flow inside. Very near from the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The host Roby was very nice with us, he waited for us even after the hour agreed because we had a delay on the road, and he gave us some suggestions to eat and to go to the beaches.

We liked it very much. Maybe we needed an elevator for the luggage but it was under construction when we stayed there, and bigger towels.

Kind hosts, beautiful space full of character that definitely changed how I will choose apartments in future, we all felt more joy being in such a colourful unique spot. 2 balconies were wonderful to have, the kitchen was packed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay as we cooked a lot at home. Location was awesome as we were not too far from the train station (you will hear trains so you need to be ok with that but the bed was so comfy we did not mind and my partner wore ear plugs when he was sensitive to sleep and still had a great time there plus there are quieter rooms in the back to choose if you need more quiet). There is so much great plant based food on the main street that you can walk in a straight line to including bakeries (stuff not always labelled so do ask) and this gelato place called 'wow' that sells it in edible cups and spoon :-) Also you have got to visit the small fruit and veg shop 'Agrumi di Sicilia' a few minutes walk away on the same side as the appt. with so much local, organic and Italian produce that tastes INCREDIBLE and they are so helpful and generous there, we went daily as it served us so well in our self catering home. The city is nice for spending a couple of days in strolling around, then to use the train services for quick access to Cinque Terre villages and then back again for some good food. Even with one of us having mobility struggles we managed to go to Moneterosso on the train (to visit the beach) and to Vernazza (most scenic) for shops and a stroll as well as a little beach area by a harbour. The bathroom is a good facility to share, everyone was comfortable, towels were good, everything good. This appt. is definitely worth staying in if you want to have an awesome trip! There was no lift there but we managed fine so just ensure you all have reasonable mobility and great news is that they were very quickly making a lift while we were there ;-) You must be ok with trains nearby to be in such a central awesome location.

The property was very spacious and clean/tidy throughout. Location was perfect for access to the centre and the trainstation

Situation près de la gare pour aller aux Cinque Terre.

1 Volet cassé et 1 volet qui n’ouvre pas. Salle de bain de 1 m de large ( cellule de ..... ) Ascenseur qui ne marche pas. Appartement peu lumineux.

Bon emplacement, facile d’accès depuis la gare. Appartement bien équipé.

Nous étions confortables malgré le manque de climatisation (séjour en août).

Logement très agréable très frais, au calme et idéalement située (centre ville et gare à 5 minutes à pieds).

Nos encanto la casa. Era bastante grande y cómoda para todos. Estaba bien ubicada, cerca de la estación pero sin sufrir los ruidos del tren.

Ne- a placut foarte mult locatia, curata, frumos decorata, bucataria foarte utilata si o liniste deplina in zona . Un apartament cozy, vibe bun !

Très bon emplacement. Appartement spacieux( sauf la salle de bains)

Wc dans la salle de bains: pas pratique pour 4 personnes. Salle de bains exigüe ( une personne forte ou une femme enceinte aurait bp de difficultés) Baignoire très haute à enjamber pour prendre une douche, sans poignée de sécurité pour monter ou descendre = dangereux. Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, et de vaisselle ( 4 personnes : 4 assiettes, 4 verres....) pas de plats, saladiers, couteaux qui ne coupent rien.

Bellissimo ed ampio appartamento completo di ogni dettaglio, ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione ed il centro L'unica pecca è l'ascensore fuori uso.

Une salle de bain un peu exiguë.

L'appartement est très beau, très spacieux, et très bien situé. Nous nous sommes garés au parking de la gare pour être sure de ne pas avoir d'ennuis. Notre hôte a été très à l'écoute et disponible. Les balcons sont très agréables, nous nous y sommes senti très bien. Une pépite, je recommande.

Il a malheureusement fait chaud et sans climatisation c'était difficile (mais nous étions prévenu de l'absence de clim donc aucun soucis là-dessus !). La literie n'était pas très confortable mais pour quelques nuits ça va.

Prima locatie op loopafstand van het centrum van La Spezia, Ook het treinstation van La Spezia op korte afstand voor excursies naar Chique Terra. Advies van restaurant in de buurt van locatie waren prima te noemen. Supermarkt op loopafstand en voor een snelle hap kon je zo de hoek omlopen. Buskaartjes op de hoek bij de sigarenboer/koffiebar. Appartement was schoon. Totaal geen last van het nabijgelegen treinstation.

Badkamer is voor wat grotere wat aan de smalle kant. Verder zou in de woonkamer wat meet zitgelegenheid mogen zijn. maar verder prima. Nieuwe keukenstoelen waren reeds aangeschaft maar nog niet binnengekomen.

Appartement spacieux à l’exception de la salle de bains ! Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la gare principale.

La salle de bains vraiment trop petite et en mauvais état (toilette)

Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Wir konnten die Corso Cavour bis zum Hafen geradeaus gehen. Bahnhof und Geschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, das Badezimmer etwas eng. Roberto war immer erreichbar.
