Very nice

The property was very well equipped. Communication with the host was prompt and he was very friendly. Air conditioning was great.

The location makes it difficult to get to the train station especially since taxis in La Spezia are difficult to get a hold of- not the property's fault but be prepared.

Friendly and involved host. We received nice info about the area, restaurants and tips where to go. Very nice renovated appartement with lots of space.

Area around the apartment (garden) needs some maintenance. An airco in the bedrooms might make this property more valuable.

Un hôte très accueillant, disponible, réactif et bienveillant. Le logement est charmant, confortable, propre et bien situé. Stationnement gratuit proche du logement. Terrasse avec jolie vue panoramique sur la ville et petit coin de mer. Quartier très calme.

Fijn verblijf en kuiten gesmeerd ;)

Mooi uitzicht. Fijn verblijf. Eigenaar Emanuele was niets teveel! Vriendelijke, nette man. Heeft ons nog flesjes water, extra servies en muggenspul gebracht en een ventilator. Je krijgt koffiecups als je wilt. Kunt een was draaien, drogen en strijken (wij geen gebruik van gemaakt). Prima douche. Héél veel kastruimte. Nog wat tips meegekregen voor de omgeving. En er ligt wel eea in de kastjes aan folders waar je wat uit kunt halen. Je mag altijd appen en hij antwoord snel. Wij vonden het echt goede service. Alles zag er netjes uit binnen. Bedden lagen heel prima, zo ook de slaapbank. Allemaal netjes schoon en opgemaakt. Wij vonden het een fijne plek. Terras ook prima en lekker buiten kunnen zitten, met uitzicht op de haven van la Spezia. Er is ook goede wifi. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en het is een goede uitvalsbasis voor Cinque Terre en omgeving. Bussen komen onderaan de berg en rijden overdag zeer regelmatig. En je kunt daarmee gemakkelijk op het station of in de buurt vd haven komen. Leuk appartement.

De bussen rijden in de avond niet heel laat (zondag maar tot acht uur), dan zul je een 40 minuten wandeling vanuit het centrum moeten doen (of een taxi moeten zoeken), met als laatste een pittige klim naar het appartement. Want het ligt niet heel dicht bij het centrum of de haven. Wij hebben het wel gewoon een paar keer gelopen, na in het centrum te hebben gegeten. Houdt met koffers en boodschappen naar boven ook rekening met de (steile) trappen van het appartement, dat is wel wat gesjouw. De auto kan op zich wel in de buurt geparkeerd worden, maar niet bij de deur/trap. Een airco in de woonkamer en horren in het huis zouden fijn zijn, omdat het vrij benauwd (en soms beetje vochtig) is om te slapen en je zit tussen bosjes/bomen, dus er zitten uiteraad wat muggen, mieren etc (goed insmeren helpt ook). De 2 slaapkamers hebben wel airco, maar geen horren. Emanuele was zo vriendelijk om ook nog een ventilator te brengen voor onze zoon die op de slaapbank in de woonkamer sliep en geen airco had, dat scheelde wel. Dingen dus om rekening mee te houden. Maar zeker niet heel negatief. En voor ons niet erg storend tijdens ons verblijf. En wij vonden het goed qua prijsverhouding ook.

Joli!

Appartement proche de la gare (2 kms à pieds, idéal pour visiter les 5 Terres), spacieux, jolie décoration, le propriétaire est très réactif !

Le logement est très humide... il manque de la vaisselle (nous étions 5 et seulement 3 verres..). Dommage aussi que la terrasse ne soit pas entretenue...

Parfait en tout point

Emplacement parfait, à l'écart de la ville juste ce qu'il faut. La terrasse pour les petits déjeuners et dîners. Grand appartement

Logement qui convient pour passer un court séjour mais qui mériterait un meilleur entretien.

Logement suffisamment spacieux, terrasse exposée au soleil avec une vue agréable. La personne qui s’occupe du gîte est réactive et serviable.

Logement qui n’était pas totalement propre, avec présence d’humidité (odeur désagréable) Il manquait une chaise (seulement 4 alors que nous étions 5) ainsi que de la vaisselle. L’électroménager n’était pas adapté (capsules café introuvables). Attention, le logement est accessible par un grand escalier, ce qui peut compliquer l’accès à une personne en situation de handicap.

Super Super Séjour en famille

L'appartement est très bien, idéal pour visiter les cinque terre, portovenere et même pise. Situé sur les hauteurs de la Spezia et agréable. L'accueil a été très bon, le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible.

Mieux en photo qu'en réalité

De l espace, deux chambres séparées, une cuisine, chauffage au gaz efficace

Propreté du logement moyenne, ménage mal ou pas fait pour notre arrivée ( poussières dans les chambres, salle de bain avec des joints moisis, carrelage pas très net...). Matelas du lit de la chambre double immonde: des tâches de sang énormes, aucune protection. Nous avons constaté cela le matin du départ en défaisant le lit!! Placards nuls pour ranger des vêtements, propreté moyenne,trois malheureux cintres en plastique .vaisselle nombre très limité même pour trois , pas de grille pain, pas de plats à four, de toute façon four très sale! Pas de rape à fromage, un comble en Italie ! Robinet de l évier très dur, très difficile à utiliser. Terrasse non nettoyée, et en fait située hors de la maison donc quasi inutile en hiver. Abord du logement sans aucun entretien., Accès à la maison difficile, des marchés hautes, mal éclairées, sans entretien. Pas de possibilité de parking avec le logement, donc stationnement très aléatoire, obligé d aller très loin. Enfin le logement est loin du centre ville, de la gare par exemple donc voiture obligatoire.
