L'emplacement de l'appartement est top.
Il est également très propre et l'hôte est très agréable !
Le stationnement est payant partout, d'où l'intérêt de venir en train.
Trop peu de pression d'eau dans la douche... mais ça l'hôte n'y est pour rien...

La habitación es cómoda, la cama y las almohadas también.
El agua de la ducha no tenía presión.
El edificio es muy caluroso (la habitación no porque tiene aire acondicionado).
El ascensor es viejo y pequeño.
Si bien está cerca de la estación de tren, el barrio es de muchos inmigrantes que se juntan en la plaza de enfrente y en los alrededores.

Mieszkanie z klimatyzacją, w dużej kamienicy przy placu Benedetto Brin, na IV piętrze (dojazd windą). Przyjazna i pomocna właścicielka. Do dworca kolejowego 5 minut spacerem, co dla zwiedzania Cinque Tere ma kluczowe znaczenie. Do Via del Prione (deptak ze sklepami i restauracjami) 10 minut. Do portu w La Spezia 15 minut spacerem, lub krócej autobusem (przystanek) nieopodal, polecam rejs nie tylko do Portovenere.
Jedyny minus za wysoki próg na podłodze pomiędzy sypialnią a korytarzem do łazienki.
