Camere spaziose, bagno confortevole e a due passi dalla stazione, ottimo per chi come noi ha soggiornato a La Spezia per girare i borghi delle Cinque Terre e Portovenere. Il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile.

les 2 chambres étaient propres, literie confortable serviettes fournies
j'ai choisi cet hôte en pensant qu'il y avait un appartement complet. Hors il y avait bien 2 chambres dont une avec salle de bain et toilettes, il faut passer par la chambre pour y accéder, pas top pour l'intimité de ceux qui dorment dans la chambre. 1 frigo, 1 bouilloire. pas de quoi faire un café. stationnement disponible dans la rue ?? la rue est réservée aux habitants, nous avons tournée pendant 30 mns pour finir au parking de la gare (1.50 de l'heure la journée 1 e/h la nuit)
