Exceptional
Perfect and huge apartment, excellent location, close to the train station, pizzeria, cafes. Very well equipped, nothing was missing. They were very nice, waiting for us, even though we arrived late. We parked safely and for free, the environment was pleasant, very comfortable, we had a great time, we would recommend it to anyone.

Formidable
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable dans ce bel appartement situé dans le centre de La Spezia. L’appartement est très propre, spacieux, moderne et décoré avec goût. Il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires, notamment dans la cuisine, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 500 mètres de la gare, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les Cinque Terres et il y a même un bus en bas de l’immeuble qui va à la gare si on ne veut pas marcher. De plus, un petit supermarché se trouve à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Enfin, les hôtes, Valéria et son mari ont été incroyablement attentionnés et bienveillants, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour des vacances réussies. Mille merci à Valéria pour nous avoir permis de retrouver un téléphone oublié dans un taxi...

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 terres en train et moyennement loin à pied pour aller au port de La Spezia. L'appartement est joli et bien équipé. Valéria est une hôte remarquablement disponible et de bon conseil.

Comodidad y cerca de la estación
Es tal como en las fotografías, es bonito y muy cómodo. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y a unos 15 min andando de la calle principal de tiendas y restaurantes. La propietaria es muy amable y la comunicación con ella fue perfecta.

Mi a plăcut comunicarea cu gazda, care a fost receptivă la mesajele noastre fără să fie prea intruzivă. Apartamentul are toate dotările necesare și arată drăguț.
Nu mi a plăcut faptul că în apartament era un miros greu spre înțepător, nu mi dau seama din ce motive, in ciuda faptului că apartamentul pare să fi fost renovat relativ recent. Apoi mi a displăcut faptul că n am găsit parcare la bloc și a trebuit să parcăm în stradă undeva la 200 m, un loc liber nefiind foarte ușor de găsit. Mi-as fi dorit ca și zona în care este apartamentul să fie una mai buna.
