The apartment was in a neighbourhood setting away from the city Center. It was very accessible to the train station and other activities that we wanted to do.. Sabrina was very hands-on and was timely and responding back to us. The apartment is that an older building and has some of its blemishes, but I will not take that away from the overall experience. My wife and I like staying in private apartment Suites versus in a big stuffy small room Hotel. We were given the freedom to cook our meals and make my coffee the way I like it. We did a number of day trips from La Spezia Hotel which made the location perfect

It was very convenient to transportation to other places. It was very clean and well supplied! The air conditioning worked well and was nice to come back to after a hot day! The host was very helpful and responsive. He answered our questions very quickly! I would recommend this place!!
