Absolutamente todo , pero sobretodo la inmensa amabilidad y predisposición de Ivana y Luca para con nosotros. Son dos personas excepcionales y sumamente calidas. El sitio espectacular, tiene absolutamente todo lo que se necesita y mas. Sumamente recomendable, si algun dia tuviesemos la fortuna de volver a La Spezia no lo dudariamos, volveriamos a La maison au 35. Muchas gracias Ivana y Lucas

Todo. El apartamento en general estaba perfecto muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Además de númerosos detalles para desayunar, y otros como una botella de vino, snacks, etc. Sobretodo me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de los dueños, los cuales nos trataron genial y nos pagaron incluso el aparcamiento. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos.

Parfait, super accueil, tout a été parfait. Appartement au calme, proche du centre ville et de la gare. Possibilité de parking à proximité.

L appartement est tres beau et tres très bien equipe Avec 1 vraie chambre, 1 vraie cuisine, 1 vrai salon …absolument rien ne manquait Des petites attentions adorables des proprietaires En plus ils nous avait reserve un emplacement parking gratuit dans la rue Communication excellente avec eux
