La Maison au 35

The attention we received from Ivana and Luca was incredible—they were very kind and helpful. They were fantastic hosts who even helped transport us and our luggage from the train station to the apartment and back. ​Regarding the place, it was perfect for four adults with no mobility restrictions. It features one bedroom with a full bed plus a spacious pull-out sofa. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, and everything else needed to enjoy a holiday close to the train station and Cinque Terre. ​Our experience was great and we would repeat in the future! I have a couple of observations for future guests to be aware of, though: 1. ​The apartment is located up a hill and requires climbing stairs for the final portion, so be ready for that. Luca and Ivana helped us move our luggage. 2. ​Air conditioning is only available in the living room and a powerful fan in the bedroom.

We had a great experience, but the stairs and the airconditioned in the bedroom may be a challenge for some people.

Todo. El apartamento en general estaba perfecto muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Además de númerosos detalles para desayunar, y otros como una botella de vino, snacks, etc. Sobretodo me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de los dueños, los cuales nos trataron genial y nos pagaron incluso el aparcamiento. Absolutamente todo , pero sobretodo la inmensa amabilidad y predisposición de Ivana y Luca para con nosotros. Son dos personas excepcionales y sumamente calidas. El sitio espectacular, tiene absolutamente todo lo que se necesita y mas. Sumamente recomendable, si algun dia tuviesemos la fortuna de volver a La Spezia no lo dudariamos, volveriamos a La maison au 35. Muchas gracias Ivana y Lucas

Parfait, super accueil, tout a été parfait. Appartement au calme, proche du centre ville et de la gare. Possibilité de parking à proximité.
