Ottima posizione in pieno centro.
Arredato molto bene e con gusto.
Con le finestre aperte è un pò rumoroso, ma con le finestre chiuse va molto meglio.
Visto che c'è l'aria condizionata non è un grosso problema

Месторасположение квартиры великолепное, все рядом в пешой доступности. Рядом парковка, порт, магазины, рестораны, рынок.
Не очень удобно спать на двухэтажной кровати-диван.

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of le spezia downtown.
Sara, the owner, went above and beyond to see that we are home away from home and gave us many recommendations as to where to go to eat and sight see.
Washer in the apartment is also a plus.
Most of all, we love the hospitality, amenities, and cleanliness that came with it.
We rate the owner Sara and "cinque terre sweet home" in la spezia AAA+

La località, vicino a tutti.
Mi dispiace, però come abbiamo avvertito la Sig.ra, abbiamo trovato in camera, in bagno, alcuni scarafaggi, anche al ingresso sul scala. Come un amministratore del condominio non risolvere questo tipo di problematica.
