Non è colpa loro, anche perché ci sono gli infissi nuovi, ma purtroppo ci sono 2 pubs sotto alla camera da letto e alle 6.30 partono le pulizie stradali

Shower was moldy

For the price that you pay, you get an entire apartment to yourself in an extremely central location in La Spezia. Between the restaurants and the homey feel of the place, you feel as if you are actually a local. On top of this, you have a washer machine with a proper clothes drying line outside the windows of the kitchen and the bedrooms, as well as an extremely comfortable bed and sofa, which many times after a fun day out, we crashed on. Additionally, there were enough transportation points and tabacchis for bus tickets around for you to get to all points of this area like portovenere. 

Unfortunately, there was no AC. Granted, the apartment was spacious enough for the ceiling fans to do their job and at night it was cool enough for air to circulate, but there were some points where it was so hot that it was too uncomfortable to relax so you might as well have ditched clothing all together. Additionally, there are a lot of stairs getting up into the apartment itself, so mind your knees and your overall health because there is no elevator.  I would not recommend this place for older individuals at all, but if you’re younger definitely consider this place; the discomfort might be worth it.

Location to station and lots of nearby good restaurants

Check-in was delayed and communication to access the property was quite slow
