Clean, comfortable, has everything you need
The other residents in the building are very loud, including a couple of dogs. You can also hear the trains and other traffic. Noise is the only reason, I gave this property an 8. The apartment itself is very nice!!

No table in the kitchen, just a bar... Not an issue for us, but may be for families with kids.

We really enjoyed our stay♥️ The apartment is very close to La Spezia train station, only about a 5-minute walk. The accommodation was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay even easier. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the overall experience. I highly recommend this place!
