It was perfect situated close to both railway station and city center.

5 min walk to railway station. 5 min walk to shops and restaurants.3 bedrooms. Feels like staying in an Italian home.

80 steps without elevator, on the 4th floor. It says that you can cook but you can’t because there are no casseroles and we asked about it twice, but they just ignored our request! There is a microwave and waterboiler. The glasses and plates where greasy upon arrival, there was no detergent. We brought our own so we managed. Very noisy traffic but you don’t hear it when windows closed.

Do Not Choose This !

The localisation is very good to explore the cinque terra. The flat has good dimensions.

It is dirty, It is not comfortable. When someone move on the bed, the others are jumping. Mattress are disgusting see picture. We buy your own dishes. No sponge. The TV are so far on the wall and so small that your phone screen is bigger. If I could I will have chosen an other place. The owner is not friendly, not reactive to question and do not care of you.

The location was great - just a few metres from La Spezia station (be aware of the homeless people and possible scammers around the train station though). The host was very nice.

There was no stairs up to the 4th floor (which is the 5th level), so handling luggage was quite a pain. The floor was unclean, and there were some stains in the towels provided (but they have a lot of spare towels in the wardrobe).

The toilet seat was broken on arrival - no attempt by the management to replace when informed. Springs in bed could be felt.

Even for free, we would not recommend staying at this place.

The location is excellent.

It is extremely dirty (see photos for ref). From pubic hairs on the sheets to filth stains in the shower and uncleaned utensils in the kitchen, the place was a nightmare to stay. We purposefully didn’t shower as we were better off not using it. We removed the quilt from the bed and slept with the heater on as it was the safer option. In short, it was the most dirty place we have ever stayed.

Spacious apartment, with all the conveniences, close to the station

Located very close to the station. Spacious 2.5 bedroom apartment with eat-in kitchen (gas stove top, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery), and a washing machine in the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Owners very accommodating regarding check-in time. I would book again for a short stay.

My apartment was on the 4th floor - no lift - so ok with just a small suitcase but could be difficult if you have a lot of luggage and / or find it difficult to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Although apartment had both air con and heating, I wasn’t sure how to operate either system.

Good

The flat is renovated and comfortable, with air-conditioning and several televisions in the rooms. We were comfortable and it seemed a quiet area. It is a couple of minutes from the train station, which is very convenient.

There is no lift and we had to climb five floors with our suitcases. The building is old and doesn't look very clean.The person who came to open the door spoke only Italian, so it was a bit difficult to understand each other.

Location perfect, 3mins can reach the station. It's clean and beds are very good. Surface is good with air conditioner.

No elevator, you need climb 4th floor. No dishes wash machine. Shower water can't keep always warm.

nice location, good host, lots of stairs

A/C worked well, was able to book last minute, very close to La Spezia Centrale for easy access to Cinque Terre, extra amenities (umbrella, spices, ice, shampoo, towels)

On the 4th floor with no lift, toilet seat was kind of broken, no hair dryer

Tough climb with no lift

The location is excellent. Just in front of the Centrale train station. The house is nicely renovated and we'll equipped. You can dry your cloth in the balcony.

There is no lift and it's at 4th floor. We have 4 big luggage to carry up and down! There is no air conditioner in the room. There is only one toilet.

Casa vieja. Cuarto piso sin ascensor. Sin luz rellano escalera. Colchón malo. Losetas despegadas pasillo y cocina. Muy mal.

Vacanza alla Spezia

La casa era spaziosa e ben tenuta. La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte alla stazione dei treni, quindi molto comoda per visitare le Cinque Terre e i dintorni. Consigliata

L’unica cosa meno comoda è che c’è solo un condizionatore per tutta la casa e l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore.
