We loved the location of this apartment. It was steps from a fountain and lively area that had a vibrant nightlife, restaurants, shopping, gelato and more. It was walking distance to the train station, and the waterfront area where we took the ferry to Cinque Terre. The apartment had air conditioning, laundry and ample room for a family. It felt safe and secure. I read about complaints of a smell, but there was none during our stay. Make sure you empty the dehumidifier regularly, and that should not be a problem. It fills up quickly. We emptied it twice in 4 days.
Everything was truly wonderful, but I think the only thing that I can say here would be the AC unit in the upstairs bedroom only cooled that space. My daughter, who slept on the fold out sofa outside of the upstairs bedroom, didn't get to enjoy much AC as the only other unit was downstairs. But she did okay. Also, although the stone structure that surrounds the upstairs bedroom is stunning, it is dangerous…I slammed my shoulder and then my head into it as the bed is closer to the curved stone on the left side. It was hard enough that I had to sit down and take a moment. I ended up with a giant knot on my head and pain for a week.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich definitiv sehr zentral in La Spezia. Ausstattung ist völlig okay für den Aufenthalt.
Direkt bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Eindruck gehabt, dass in der Wohnung zuvor geraucht worden war. Laut Vermieter-Rückmeldung könnte dies "überhaupt nicht sein". [...] Ansonsten steht im Erdgeschoss das elektrische Entfeuchtungsgerät nicht ohne Grund. Sofern das Gerät nicht läuft, haben wir schon eine gewisse "Muffigkeit" bemerkt. Bedingt durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung kann definitiv die Parksituation schwierig bzw. auch mit weiteren Kosten verbunden sein.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad y poder hacer turismo ya que la estación esta a 5 minutos andando. Su dueño está en contacto para lo que puedas necesitar.
Creo que le falta algo mas de mantenimiento. el alojamiento esta muy bien pero podría ser de 10.
