Great location, comfortable apartment

Great location and facilities. Clean, modern and well equipped. Great communication prior to arrival and on the day. Train station close by with trains to Cinque Terre and many locations. Also great restaurants and bars close by. Enjoyed staying at the apartment and La Spezia. I would definitely stay again if in La Spezia again

Really close to the train station to make easy access for travelling through Cinque Terre! Apartment was spacious, clean and checkin/checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay here again

Good location

They only had one bed made with linen. When asked about the second bed because there was two of us (my friend and I), they proceeded to tell us that they assumed we were sharing a bed AND it was an extra charge to use the second bed! The owner went back and forth on the “linen” fee of the second bed, he clearly was just trying to make extra money on an already €800+ stay. Mind you the description of the home stated there were two bedrooms with two beds. They also didn’t have any towels out and had to come to the apartment after we checked in to issue us towels. For a 4 night stay they only allotted us one body towel and one hand towel each, nothing to dry dishes and nothing for the floor outside of the shower. A very stingy host, felt very taken advantage of and had no other options for at this point our stay was not refundable and we ended up having to pay €20 to use the second bed in an apartment we had already paid fully for.

Friendly guests!the appartement was big and easy to reach the station to visit cinque terre ! Full of restaurants,but be careful were you eat.next to the appartement are two pizzerias pretty good.

The couch should have an upgrade!if someone is sleeping on the couch you can hear every move he makes during the night,also one part is broken and is impossible to sit at the edge.

location- you come to La Spezia to catch the train to Cinque Terre. This apartment is 300 m away from the train station.

Super thin duvet. It was cold at night. The kitchen utensils very sparse and need upgrading. Giving one towel for a three night stay is not correct. Shower tap needs replacing.

This is located about a 2 minute walk from the train station to go to Cinque Terre. We parked at the train station itself which has gates and codes to get in. It fit our mini van and it was safe there for 2 days. Parking was about 48 euro at that location. The apartment is very clean and spacious with a small balcony. The beds were amazing and there is a kitchen there if you want to cook yourself. It is very close to an entire street of restaurants where we ate both nights. The host even sent us train information and other helpful items for our stay.

Beautiful apartment, much bigger than expected!!!

We arrived later than we had hoped but the lady that was checking us in (forgot her name, sorry) was there waiting for us and actually called out to me on the street as I was having a bit of a hard time locating it. We were thrilled to see that we had an elevator to bring us up to the second floor apartment. Once inside, we were beyond thrilled. This place is big and beautiful! We were supposed to go on a sailing trip along the Cinque Terre the next day, but it was cancelled due to rain and wind. So we were happy to have a big, beautiful apartment to hang in during the rainy day!

Not one bad thing to say about this place...I would highly recommend it!

Highly recommended for family stay in La Spezia

Perfect location - close proximity to the train station & the town. Newly renovated thus very clean. Beds are comfortable. A cozy place and pretty large for a family of 4. Kitchen is fully furbished though we didnt make use of it. Friendly & responsive host. Thanks Valentina!

Perfecto lugar para usar como base para recorrer la zona

El departamento está remodelado, amoblado muy funcionalmente! Todo funciona bien! Es muy cómodo, el host es muy amable y contesta muy rápido. La ubicación es genial, al lado de la estación si quieres recorrer la zona y a pasos de bares y restaurantes.

Podrían tener toallas de baño más grandes.

Enseres de cocina viejos y sucios, faltaban cosas básicas, platos, vasos, tazas. La actitud del anfitrión no fue la correcta con el cliente, tuvimos varias conversaciones en las que, lejos de intentar solucionar los problemas identificados y trasmitidos se mostró reactivo. La casa no estaba limpia, comentamos una bombilla fundida y no se repusó, colillas en la terraza, sartenes destrozadas, faltaban cubiertos. El aire acondicionado solo hay en el salón y en el pasillo NO en los dormitorios. Sábanas rotas, sofá del salón realmente cochambroso. En general MAL
