Het mooie uitzicht vanuit het balkon. Matteo( de eigenaar is heel aardig,antwoordde snel op onze vragen, gaf tips) Door veel trapjes naar boven en beneden bouw je een goede conditie op! 🤗
Alles was ver: van supermarkt tot strand. Je moet een auto hebben als je iets wil zien of boodschappen doen. Veel supermarkten in de buurt hebben geen parkeerplaats. Het beste was boodschappen doen bij Esselunga supermarkt in de stad met een grote ondergrondse parkeergarage. Als je wil uiteten( beneden restaurants)moet je minstens 2 dagen van te voren reserveren. Als je naar mooi strand wil, ga je naar Lerici.

Perfekte Ausstattung und viel Platz. Je nach Belieben Mal auf der Terasse sein oder vom Balkon zum Hafen La Spezia schauen.
Man kann nicht alles haben . Wer mit Auto reist, sollte sich vom Gedanken trennen direkt am Hauseingang parken zu können. Es gibt aber wie überall in Italien immer einen Parkplatz, auch meist kostenlos. Für Leute die schlecht zu Fuß sind, es gibt ein paar Stufen. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Świetne widoki, adekwatna cena, duże mieszkanie w okej lokalizacji ale jest mało lokali i sklepów spożywczych w okolicy. Wszędzie niezły dojazd autobusem z przystanku obok. Taras jest niesamowity. Chciałabym wrócić. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny.
Mało sklepów i lokali w okolicy. Uwaga na dość wysokie i niewygodne schody.
