Proprietario molto gentile, ci ha consegnato le chiavi in anticipo e ci ha dato delle dritte sulla zona o i luoghi da visitare e non.
Posizione abbastanza strategica, per visitare le zone e comoda per la partenza di trekking.
Terrazza vivibile molto bella e attrezzata per magiare e cucinare.
E' facile trovare parcheggio a pochi passi, il che non è scontato.

Alojamento num local muito bonito e acessível por autocarro. Com todas as comodidades necessárias a uma estadia agradável.
A ausência de blackouts nas janelas permite a entrada de luz pela manhã o que perturbar o descanso.
Acessibilidade por transportes públicos difícil a partir das 20h.

Ligt in een mooie rustige omgeving van La Spezia (Marola) met een bushalte vlakbij.
Het jaargetijde brengt met zich mee dat er veel muggen. Op het mooie en ruime terra was dat merkbaar. Er zijn geen gaas horren voor de ramen.
